They only had one register open during peak hours, but the associate was moving quickly to assist customers and kept the line moving. They've also apparently expanded into parking lot maintenance--at one point, a shopping cart was being used to fill a pothole outside. So, at the end of the day, they're clearly committed to making the best of every situation whether it be working short or working without asphalt.

Those brands are represented, but are not the main players in this establishment. Totally blown away by the selection of craft and micro brews inside such a small space. Really impressive. My only point to grow on is the specialty collections service they have in the glass enclosed room to the right when you enter. I have gone in there several times only to not be greeted at all by the person working in the area. It makes me not want to spend a little extra for their special wares. And that frankly seems to defeat the point of highlighting them so nicely. But besides this, it is a great store with good service worth many repeat visits!

It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work. Cancelling my membership now, really unbelievable.
