Like the way they installed the dishwasher that almost ruined our granite the loose floor boards they had to fix or the chimney that was required repair to keep water from leaking down our walls during the first major rain. But what has made me write this review is the pipe in our attic that the AC people properly installed and Infinity had the plumber CUT to install the hot water heater and they never fixed. So 5 years later we are seeing wet spots in our ceiling only to find out neither Infinity or any Inspectors noticed or caught the fact that we had a cut pipe in our attic that is causing major damage. Now they don't answer the phone when we call Mike Wilkinson, the President which is the only number on their website. If you are considering a home from them, get a 3rd party to inspect every centimeter of the house before you sign on the dotted line.

Installers continually lied to me about insulation. Saying they added insulation while I wasn't watching but when I would verify no insulation was installed. After catching them multiple times trying to get away without insulating they decided to cut the insulated with razor knives on top of my wood flooring. Leaving deep cuts inside my flooring in the living room. They also have huge gaps between panels and missed studs with screws everywhere. No chance of the tape and float going together properly. All of the boxes of cut out well oversized and their response was to buy jumbo wall plates to cover their mistakes. They will ruin your home do not allow them to work on it.
