The service technician that came out to pick up my vehicle was courteous helpful And very pleasant indeed When I got to the garage, the people that work there were unbelievably helpful courteous, and could not do enough for me They gave me a loaner car for a couple of days and didn't charge me. When they got my vehicle back to the garage, they were working on it within 30 minutes It was subsequently realized that the gearbox had gone and it would need a recondition gearbox.

The prices are fairly good, seeing as you're getting them from a registered vauxhall dealer. Have been going to this garage even before I actually had one, as they can sometimes beat prices of other garages in the area. Usually just get services, MOT's etc done here as and paint chips and scrapes and minor repairs can be done cheaper elsewhere. JB Motors also has a few petrol pumps at the rear, and are usually reasonably priced, not that there are many filing stations in malton to choose from.

Dave will not doing anywork without consulting you first and will only carry out & charge you for the necessary work, something which I nearly paid for at another dealer. I took my wife's car in first to seek advice and was told the tyres were still Okay and to continue to use them until closer to the winter weather setting in and then to have two new front tyres fitted. I did just that and was very happy with the price and the service. I then at the same time asked for a price of four winter tyres for my own car and the price quoted was in line with what I had seen during my research. These tyres are fairly uncommon due to the size and reasonably costly. Despite this, without any knowledge of me whatsoever they ordered these tyres and i said that I would return for them fitted the day following there expected delivery date. I was a little surprised that they didn't want a deposit or contact details. So without any fuss or formalities my tyres were ordered, delivered and fitted as arranged. A great service! My only, very minor gripe is that a dust cover is missing off of one wheel. I know that I could go back however as they only cost about a £1 each I will simply order another set off of Ebay and have three spares. I will definitely be returning to this tyre centre for all my future needs
