Ken, quickly grasped the problem, made very assuring comments, and sent us on our way back to our holiday let, with confidence. The next morning- again, positive " lets get the job done and get you on your way" comments; how refreshing in this day and age of searching for problems v getting them resolved with a positive manner. Wow, things must have changed since the last review. I experienced none of those issues…read more The sales staff were polite and could not have done more to help. A big bonus was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting for assistance or for paperwork to be completed. As for the car itself, it was clean and in perfect working order. Fortunately for me, I haven't had to have any work done but I've heard from friends that their service department is just as good. I have no problem with recommending these guys.
