I was hesitant to use another professional cleaning service, but when I received a coupon in the mail for Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning, I thought why not try it, the carpet can't look any worse then it does. I called the number on the coupon and made an appointment. That process was very easy and pleasant to set up. Karen Keeney of Oxi Fresh came to my home October, 2017. I was very impressed with her honesty and professionalism. However, the best part of using Oxi Fresh is how great our family carpet looked after she cleaned it. That was in October and the carpet still looks good. This past Thursday, I had her come to clean my living room and dining room carpet which is plush and over 40 years old. The carpet looks great, and even though it is very humid outside, the carpet was dry in less then 24 hours ! I then looked up carpet cleaning and found these wonderful folks. And my answer as to whether they charged the price I was quoted is misleading - the owner told his son to charge me $150.00 less! Josh was very professional and did a good job on the furniture as well as some stained carpeting and recommended a natural pet cleaning product that I can use when the dog messes. In addition, he came back the next day (on a Sunday) to hit a spot that he missed the first time! I highly recommend these folks and would definitely use them again.

I've already started cleaning my apartment by myself and 80% was done. I wanted Dwight to clean the apartment perfectly the way the landlord wanted it so that I could get my deposit back. I scheduled a cleaning after I moved out and left PA. Apparently, he went there late in the morning and left the apartment 2 hours later and then he took pictures of the bathroom and refrigerator that I cleaned thoroughly by myself and he claimed he cleaned it. I trusted him as he worked with the Manada Hill apartments before and I thought he is not going to ruin his relationship with them and I fully paid him. The apartment manager visited my apartment a day after he cleaned and sent me a few pictures. She said he did nothing there and don't pay him until he return to complete the job. I contacted him and asked him to return and clean it thoroughly. Dwight said I did "Move out" cleaning and not "Move in" cleaning and they shouldn't expect a very clean apartment. I just asked him to clean the apartment. After I told him this is not right and this is not what I asked, this is exactly how he responded: "I will not discuss any further information about what was done and what should have been done. You wanted a move out cleaning, which was performed and explained. If they are unhappy, we provide different services that include a thorough and intricate clean, which would be a move in clean. " He never returned and the apartment complex deducted $300 from my deposit as you see in the picture. Please don't give any business to him. He is a fraud and lacks a work ethic. if you need confirmation, contact the Manada Hill Apartments office. They will they you the story. They told me they are not going to work with him again. My 93 year old Mom had waterproof vinyl flooring installed in April of 2022. But the tile started…read moreto separate in the middle causing a couple of tiles to crack. So I went to Carpet Tile Mart mid August to ask for service to repair and replace two tiles. I showed them pictures and they scheduled a contractor to come out a few weeks later, on September 12th. A contractor did come out and he looked at it and told my Mom he would be back the following week to fix it. He never came back. So I went back to Carpet Tile Mart in October to complain and the manager there, Mark, claimed this contractor was "very busy", but he assured me that the contractor Bill would be in contact. Still no response. So I went back in November to complain again and Mark said he just texted Bill and that he would be in contact with us. Thanksgiving went by, still not repaired. So my sister contacted Carpet Tile and finally in December, she got a response that Bill would be coming out to fix the floor on Monday, Dec 18th. We waited all day and no one showed, or contacted us to say they couldn't make it. Finally after Christmas, my sister contacted the manager of Carpet Tile and he basically said "sorry, it is out of my hands". That the contractor was an outside contractor for Carpet Tile. Then on December 22nd, Bill left a message saying he would send someone out on Wednesday, December 26th. My sister actually talked to him and he assured her his assistant would call 30 minutes before arrival because he lives very close to my mother's house. This was on December 26th. This was a full 4 months after I initially went to Carpet Tile to request service for my mother. The guy never showed up. If I could give them minus zero stars I would but because I can't, they get one star for the most terrible service after installation. I think it is so disrespectful of a company to wash their hands of an issue instead of trying to resolve it. They just lost a very loyal customer. We have been using Carpet Tile Mart for over 40 years. Very sad. I'm writing this as a business owner and I would never run my company like that and leave the customer hanging for over four months.
