However, the place is very cluttered, dirty w dust and sticky floors, and out of date. I prepaid for 25 donuts for a class party. I paid over the phone and told them I had a coupon for 6 free donuts. When I picked up my donuts, I showed them the Valpak online coupon. However, they preceded to tell me that the coupon needed to be printed. I told them I didn't have it printed and no one told me it needed to be printed (I would have printed it if I was told). I was pretty much told I needed to buy the other 6 donuts at full price. I wasn't going to buy them so I demanded a refund. This local Bosa donuts is incredibly cheap. I have been part of the PTO at the closest elementary school for the last 9 years and we have regularly solicited donations or discounts. I have been coming here since they opened up in Chandler. The last 3 visits I have gone the donuts are sloppy made. Don't look appealing. Couple days ago I had bought a dozen donut & couple dozen of the donut holes. The employee there was nice, and very attentive. But when she handed me a paper bag full of donut holes filled to the rim (i paid in full), i asked for a box because it will would not close. I was not about to drive with a full bag wide open. Then the owner walks out of the side doors and goes over to one of the employee and tells her to have me pay for a box. 75 cent.... Employees even apologizes to me... I can't in good conscience eat any of the baked goods at this establishment after going into the men's bathroom. It is unacceptable how disgusting that men's room is. The urinal is broken (I feel as if it has ALWAYS been broken.) The state of it is a health hazard. The toilet, and especially the base of the toilet, looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. The air fresheners are desiccated and not doing any favors. The handles/rails and fixtures are rusted, corroded, and in other states of disrepair. It's atrocious. This is the one and only place we will get donuts from! First off they're open 24 hours, so whenever I'm eating a sweet or craving a doughnut, they're the first place I can go to. They always always always fill your bag to the top, and if you don't order enough donuts to do so they'll add a couple for you. Bosa donuts are underrated because their donuts are fluffy and not This place is spotless and there is plenty of parking. The only problem was, that the staff didn't seem very friendly but they weren't mean either. The staff seemed to want to get you in and out which, worked out well for me, however, may not be good for those indecisive folks. This is a long time donut shop that has franchised across the valley. Nice selection of freshly made donuts. As soon as you walk in, you see the donut case filled with fresh, delicious selections. How fresh? Often get a warm donut straight off the racks! The workers are friendly and patient as we tried to decide ( w/ so many choices) what donuts to make up our dozen. Used to work for the company about 4 years ago, so my expectations are always special whenever I go to any Bosa. I was amazed of how nice this location was, definitely a refresher compared to the ones I've been to as well as the one I worked at. Employees were friendly which was good, my only complaint was that if prices are going to increase, which is understandable, please don't make the donuts smaller especially the buttermilk donuts. I fall into the latter category. It's my firm belief that if a place doesn't do a good glazed donut, they can't pull off any other donut either--or they're gimmicky. Bosa has the most amazing, pillowy, fluffy, perfect glazed donut. It's lightly glazed, so it isn't cloyingly sweet, but definitely hits the spot. It's always an internal battle to only have one. Though the glazed is my favorite, you can't go wrong with any of the classics. Also among the family favorites: chocolate with sprinkles, pink with sprinkles, plain old fashioned, and chocolate old fashioned. At $1.09 per, it's a slammin' deal for the perfect lil treat. Bosa is my number one go-to in the valley, and I'm thrilled for them that they've expanded so much in the past few years. All Bosas are ran by the same scamming family. I worked here in high school. Only about 2% of the tips (cash) are given to employees which is insane. The rest go to the owners white Mercedes out front. Ants and roaches roam the back and all the drinks in the fridges are expired. Everything was so fresh and tasted great. I got a bacon and egg croissant. So flaky and warm. I also tried the chocolate coconut and cinnamon crumble donuts! They were heavenly. Bought a ham and cheese croissant and it looked nothing as advertised. At first I thought it was just a warmed croissant and took it back to the counter. This is a nice neighborhood donut establishment. They have a nice variety of donuts and are available to help you with your sweet tooth no matter how early or late it hits. If you like Boba tea, you can find that here as well. We typically take our goodies to go but there is space to sit and enjoy your treat right there. The people working here are friendly and helpful.
