We are very appreciative of their help so that we didn't have to try transitioning our dog to a new diet while traveling. Their responsiveness and help was very much appreciated and I give them an A+ for going out of their way to help... the least I can do is leave some positive feedback regarding their business.

Totally unexpectedly, they also carry a vegan dog food I'd been wanting my pup to try and it wasn't unreasonably priced! The chains in town like Bosley's and Petsmart are just about moving product and really don't care that much about service and quality, which is not the case here.

Some shouting about where I should be, etc...that I am not next in line, etc. It was embarrassing. I apologized and got in line and went in when invited. When I explained I am wanting to pick up an online order, the woman from outside said, "Oh, I could have just given this to you." I did say that it was a bit confusing and she agreed. Perhaps, to avoid shouting at customers again, there could be just a quick instruction or something so the customer doesn't just start trying to do the next right thing, which ends up being wrong thing and an embarrassing situation. I very much want to follow business' COVID guidelines, so I guess that is why it was so embarrassing for me to be shouted at as if I were not wanting to follow their instructions.
