The 1 star review from another customer is highly unfair. There was no lies or excuses! We also opted for the Christmas Minis shoot and can vouch for the delay with the courier company, as I actually work for the particular courier, that was delivering the prints! We experienced delays due to the busy Christmas period, which unfortunately reflected badly on both us, and the photographer, who actually went out of her way to deliver them asap. We will continue to use Cute as a Button for our photography needs, with confidence, and always recommend them!

He let me know in advance how to prepare for shoot day, simple things like shaving in advance so you don't get red bumps or anything that would show up in the pictures, which I thought was a great touch. I was really nervous to do my first ever photographic shoot but he really put me at my ease, keeping a steady flow of chatter going and helping me relax. He gives brilliant direction so I was comfortable with every pose as he made it all so easy for me and I really could not be more thrilled with the photographs, even if they may not be something I want to show the grandkids in years to come, I will always have them for myself. You can bring items you have from home like corsets and lingere, but he also has a dress up box full of incredible outfits to peruse, so you don't have to worry about what to bring with you.

After renting a camera lens in Alaska a few years prior, we decided to do the same in Ireland. The…read morestaff were helpful and very friendly, but the process was a bit clunky to secure the lens. However, they gave us a camera bag to borrow which was great and they seemed very flexible with the return if we needed. There aren't many options for a "lens for hire" in the area, but I would definitely stop into Conns again. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great while we were there so we didn't get to use the lenses as much as originally planned.

Two great guys (brothers) run this photography studio, which is convenitently located in Park West…read more Very easy to get to and good parking. From the moment I arrived I felt very comfortabe and we got to the shoot straight away. They clearly have been doing this a long time as they really know what they're doing - one directs the shoot while the other takes the pictures, a great team! The studio itself has adequite space and facilities and is great for both kids and adults (there is an abundance of toys and props!). It was warm and comfortable and fun. Although I bought a voucher to go there, and a further one for my brother and his little family, I would be quite happy to be paying full price for the shoot and pictures. A really great experience all round!

What I will say is, throughout my time using groupon vouchers, or vouchers from any other company, I have never experienced such a level of disdain and disinterest. Despite the fact that they had already had to extend the expiring date as they had been unable to accommodate the number of vouchers sold, and despite admitting they had supplied incorrect details to groupon for customers to reach them at, the declined to accept any responsibility. Instead they decided that the blame lay with my friend (they recipient of this gift) for not guessing the details were incorrect and searching elsewhere. I was also highly disappointed that despite the fact they were re-running the deal, they showed no interest in simply carrying the voucher over. Clearly this company was in it for a quick buck, and if you have an easy experience, I'm glad, however should any issues arrive, don't expect a very satisfying level of care or respect. I will be very careful before purchasing another voucher of this nature again.
