Worst shisha lounge I have ever seen. The food is so bad. I bought the wings and they came half cooked. I talked to the owner and he said the second you touch them there is no return. The shisha is the worst thing they have on the menu which is funny because they are a SHISHA lounge. Way too over priced. I would 100% recommend never going there. When I talked to the owner he said he wants an "high end customers" which is funny because this location is in Oshawa. Would you want a family crowd. My advice is not to go and overpay for the shisha and food. If I was you I'd go to the Oxygen lounge in Ajax, it's amazing. Not prices, great food, not to loud, and most importantly it has one of the best shisha I've ever had and I'm Arab so trust me when I say that. Where to start, the place is not bad they have ok food and drink, you can drink anywhere but the hookah is not good they need to improve their hookah . I am not recommending their hookah. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Decided to go out for shisha for my friends 21st birthday, there was a group of 7 of us. We ordered 3 shishas and every single shisha was not working properly. 1 was too harsh to smoke, and the other two, little to no smoke was coming out. The workers attempted to fix the shishas almost 3 times and it still wouldn't pull much smoke. We ordered the coconut coals for all three shishas which was an extra 5$ each and the coals made no difference to the taste of any or the Shishas. The flavours were all disgusting as well, definitely not worth the price. The only thing that's actually nice about the place is the music and the seating (they has a good DJ), other than that i had a horrible experience. When it was time to pay for everything , we did not want to pay for two out of 3 Shishas cause only 1 out of the 3 worked good enough to smoke. It didn't make sense to pay for shishas we couldn't even smoke out of. The managers gave us a hard time about it and called us "ghetto" for not wanting to pay. Which is unacceptable given that Ive given this place business before and me not wanting to pay for shitty service doesn't make me ghetto. Overall I felt very disrespected, and I wouldn't of minded paying if the Shishas actually worked and if we were treated better. That's not how you treat your customers at all. I came to this place for the second time last night. The service is shit, and at the end they overcharge you in hopes that you won't notice. I ordered one regular shisha which was $15 on menu which should of came up to $16.95 with tax. The guy cashing me out told me I owed $19.19. I was wonder why the bill was so high the first time I came here but never really cared to check, last night I finally realize their tactic. Definitely wont be returning. read more

I gave this place a try for the third time and it's very unfortunate to say that I was disappointed once again. We ordered the chicken tikka kabob which clearly indicates on their menu that it'll be served "with house salad and fries or bread". When the server brought our meal, we were missing our house salad. When I asked for our house salad, she said it's a typo on our menu and house salad doesn't come with the meal. If it's a typo, you should correct it on your menu or atleast inform your customers when taking the order. Or atleast apologize and compensate them for the inconvenience. After our meal, we ordered shisha which was DISGUSTING. The server smoked it to see if she can fix it and she couldn't so she said she will get her boss "who had stepped out" she went to ask him for help and she returned with a response which was definitely not one would expect. "My boss said he will come in soon but I can't change anything until he comes." I told her to go ahead and tell her boss that this isn't how he should handle customer issues and he needs to come and fix the issue or atleast allow his server to fix it if he is choosing to stand outside and smoke with his staff. He finally walked in took the shisha head didn't even come back to apologize or say anything and sent a server with another head instead of changing the entire shisha. When we were ready to leave disappointed with the shisha, which we didn't smoke at all. We were asked to come up to pay for our bill. We walked to the register and he just gave us the total when we asked for the bill he looked like we were asking for too much. But I am sorry with the review you have had from other customers being overcharged and from my own experience the first time I had walked into this place where my friend and I were overcharged, I deserve to know what's on my bill. Especially, when you're charging me for service and not letting me know so that I can pay extra tip. I feel like this place doesn't build a relationship with the customer but rather tries scamming them. To start off im only giving this place a 1 star rating for there aesthetics and how pleasing the place looks. The staff was friendly BUT if were going to get down to the shisha, this place is NOT the place. When we got to the place we already waited over 45 minutes to receive our shisha, a man came after and said that the shisha was backed up and apologized (which was fine, if the shisha was going to be good) BUT then another man came and said that one of the flavours we ordered was bad and we should get another one AND RECOMMENDED a flavour to us. So we ended up getting pineapple breeze and a peach flavour (which was really terrible) ALSO we ordered 2 ice hoses with our shisha and they did not provide us with that either ontop of being extremely late and giving us cra*** shisha. We then told them and changed one of them to blueberry mint (which is a flavour you CANT go wrong with) it was still terrible and was not smoking properly either...The atmosphere of this place is not an atmosphere to smoke shisha and chill out, it gives more club vibes, you cannot talk in this place without yelling (if thats what you into then cool). ALSO when it came to the BILL they definitely OVERCHARGED us (which we didn't realize until later) IT says premium mixes are 18$ we got charged 23$ and foe the regular blueberry mint which was supposed to be 15$ we got charged 23$ as well SO MAKE SURE YOUR CHECKING WHAT YOUR PAYING FOR ! Don't think I will be coming back to this place, i can find better places in scarborough/markham. BLUE MIST is the place to go ! read more

Okay let me start off by saying we had the worst experience here. Esthetically the place is very nice however if we want to get down the overall experience I would say my visit will be my first and last. We went during the day to watch the Raptors games so the place was relatively quiet. We ordered our shisha however they were out of certain coals so we were forced to use the cheap brand they offer. The shisha was LOW quality, could hardly taste the flavor in fact ashy taste if you want to be exact. We ordered many drinks however we had no clue the drinks were being inputted separately. When it was time to pay the staff could not figure out our order properly. A young girl attended to us however she was telling us our orders off her memory as opposed to what she exactly punched in. There was a gentleman at the cash register who was continuously dismissive and would not acknowledge what were saying and would only speak to her. I had SEVERAL times asked for a receipt however they mentioned they do not provide one. I will be making a formal complaint about their business because if you provide a service you must provide a receipt. I am myself was not drinking and was 100% sober so I can attest to the entire experience. They over charged us by 20 dollars however claims that is what was due. This establishment takes advantage of drinkers by not showing them their orders and by punching many orders separately it confuses the customers and in result end of paying it to avoid the confusion. I would highly recommend you do not attend this place because it is a waste of money and you will probably be robbed of your dollars. read more
