I took my son to get a haircut, or rather a correction of a haircut he received somewhere else 2…read moreweeks prior. Having never been anywhere else, I wasn't sure what to expect. He is 14, and really didn't want to go anywhere besides the barber shop he always goes to. A coworker had recommended this place because she knows how into sports he is. We went on the Thursday morning before Christmas, put his name in, came back an hour later, and still had to wait about 20 minutes. (They do not take appointments.) He watched the giant tv turned to some sports channel and yakked about sports the entire time. When it was his turn, I requested the MVP treatment and was told he would get that for the cost of the next cheaper haircut ($17). I told the stylist what my son liked and didn't like about his current cut and why it wasn't working for his style. He gave him a much better cut to make styling it easier and his style looked great! If my son was disappointed to have his hair cut by a dude instead of a "hot chick," he never said a word because he loved the shampoo, "minty" hot towel treatment, and massage so much. He asked if he could go there again next time--we even got a punch card that gives discounts every so often. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely recommend!
