This is horrible service. My daughter has tried multiple times to request a refill and NO ONE has returned her call. I decided to intervene only to find out that they didn't even have a record of this specific medication in her records! She's been seeing this person for years?? This medication is incredibly important and she cannot get a refill and it's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. Where is her doctor? Did he drop off the face of the earth?? Agonizing phone customer service, and I'm suspect if this is even a legitimate practice. Besides trying to sort through the heavy Indian accent and the fast-paced relentless speech, they have yet to answer any questions, they've gotten my information incorrect, they talk over me when I'm trying to ask for specifics. This is the most frustrating and horrific telephone service. I don't even know if they have scheduled my appointment or not. My patience is shot. I have been understanding of the language barrier I have asked them to slowly repeat things, I have tried to explain to them my questions. This doesn't help the process of getting psychiatric help at all. And now I'm afraid that I'm going to have to try to find a different business to get help from. read more

10/10 Recommend Boston Neuro Behavioral Associates. With Rebecca as a therapist, you're in good hands! My therapist Becky, Rebecca Ashman, changed my life! In such a short period of time, I've had more results in therapy than I've ever had. Becky made therapy actually enjoyable and personable. I have severe trust issues and was able to open up to her which made therapy actually efficient. Becky has a way of making you feel like you're speaking to a trusted friend who genuinely cares for you, listens objectively and doesn't judge you. I felt like I could literally say anything. Becky helped me face myself, challenge myself and truly honor my own boundaries. With the healing and work I've done with Becky, my marriage has improved, where I went from wanting a divorce to being able to see my husband in a different light and stop trying to control him, but focus on me. Therapy with Becky has also been helping me as a mother of a teenager with his own anxiety and trauma. I am eternally grateful to Becky for being such an exceptional professional. I feel confident that I can face all the changes in my life with the tools that Becky provided me with. I'll miss her as my therapist, but she's done such wonderful work that I'm actually excited to start a new chapter and seek another therapist as I am moving out of state. Literally the worst place I've ever been to. I get hung up on, spoken to in a condescending manner, have appointments made for me and confirmed by me just to be told later that my appointment was never made because it isn't in their system and have had appointments changed without my knowledge. Their customer service is terrible. I was put on hold for half an hour to let them know my therapist never showed up for an appointment HE made for me, just to be told that there is no appointment for me in their shitty system. Then I was hung up on when I asked for another appointment. If you value yourself, your mental health and your life don't go here. It's a cesspool of idiots who care more about slacking off then having empathy for the patients they are supposed to be treating. F*** this company. read more

I originally had Jacynta S. (who is on leave at the moment). I wasn't crazy about her abrupt manner given I needed a softer kind of approach. I did ask for that to change and she agreed to go more slowly with me. Unfortunately it lasted only the one session. Next time was back to hurrying. Once I needed to contact someone in between sessions and got a fabulous guy whose technique was completely different. Open, laid back, easy to talk to. I have a feeling most of their nurses are like that. Now I have been moved to Astrid (saw a glowing review of her here). Looking forward to it. The administration did keep in contact to ensure any medications were okay, except I once never received a call back regarding side effects I was having. But hey, if it was bad enough I would have called them back. Gotta give these guys a lot of understanding. They are trying to meet a public need that is so underfunded. Might be more stars if I actually liked the nurse I got lol. read more

I am worse now than when I started here due to Jennifer Blackwell. My suicidality is through the roof and I can't stop thinking about how useless and worthless she makes me feel. She doesn't like me and she's made it quite clear even going so far as to tell me to "stop having a pity party". She decided to drop me as a client and provided me with no time to set up with another provider. She put me on a new medication last week and canceled my last appointment this week which is unprofessional and belittling. So they're just going to put me on a new drug and not see me again, even for a follow-up? Those are the people you're working with. They're super busy trying to protect themselves and their own company that they do not care about the harm they are doing to the patients. I don't mind finding a new place but the fact that they haven't given me any time to do it is absolutely disgusting and appalling. I'm sick to my stomach and bawling my eyes out that I'm left with no provider. It's like being kicked out onto the streets. Jennifer Blackwell has no business in this business. But I guarantee you, if she sees this she'll retaliate in someway as she's already retaliated by dropping me cold turkey. read more
