We stopped at Boston Pizza while staying at the Hampton Inn and had a great experience! The food was really good. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff and little wait time. We sat in the lounge, and they had several TVs to watch the games. Nice spot to grab a drink as well. The restaurant is within walking distance from the hotel which was nice and convenient. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick, solid dinner spot! read more

Service was good and spinach dip was very good, pizza was terrible especially for a place that features pizza in their name. The place was clean and nice except sun coming through windows created a glare and I could barely see server. I wouldn't,t go back because I went in for the pizza. Nice and clean and was in the bar with friends. We got the $25 giant appetizer plate and it was enough to feed all 3 of us. Only one server in the entire bar that which made service a bit difficult. I know he was trying but still something to deal with that night. First time I was ever at Boston Pizza so I will definitely try it again in the future. read more

Great food, tasty drinks and above and beyond service. By far the best Boston Pizza I have ever been to. I was getting my tire fixed at a nearby Kaltire and it was pouring rain out. The waitress was so kind she offered me a ride! 10/10 would recommend!! read more

Staying in town for a couple weeks for work, popped in here for dinner because it's right behind the hotel. Lounge side staff were friendly, but the lasagna was probably the worst I've ever had. Mostly just tasteless noodles. Little to no cheese, and the sauce was bland. read more

Worse service I have experienced. Somehow took my order and forgot about it. Not only did they forget mine and my friends food, the manager came out saying he was worried about my friends food and when I asked I got a "I am not too worried about yours, as it might be cooking". To finish it off they did not have the correct change for me and said I should tip anyway. Best place for worse service. read more

The last three times we've been here or ordered from here, we've been disappointed - not by the food, which has been fine, but the service, which has been subpar. In the first of our negative experiences, we ordered online and our food never arrived. When my mother called the restaurant to ask where it was, she was told that they forgot to put her order in, but they would give her a $50 credit and would send her food. She received the credit, but the food never arrived. When she called again, they offered her another gift card, so we gave them another chance and visited the restaurant on another occasion. We were told to just speak to a server to receive the credit. When we tried to do this, there was a ton of confusion and it was very difficult to get the gift card that we had been promised. Today, we tried to order dinner through the website, which didn't seem to be working properly (again), so I called the store to check. The person on the other line said that my order has been placed (multiple times) and that I could expect my food in 75 minutes. 65 minutes later, the restaurant called to ask me if I still wanted my food because they had been delivering orders to people who claimed they hadn't ordered them or didn't want them. I told them that if my food arrived within the 75 minutes I had been quoted, there wouldn't be an issue. It literally arrived without a minute to spare. I realize that I'm the one who chose to eat here on multiple occasions, but I like to believe in second (and in this case, third chances). In 2/3 situations the outcome has been ok, but the road to get a pizza has been a bit ridiculous. In writing this review I'm hopeful that the management of this restaurant will be able to find areas that need improvement and seek to take action to find ways to be better. Otherwise, I worry about their chance to be successful in the long run. read more

Service is severely lacking. Sat in the bar side for 15 minutes and didn't even see a waitress or waiter. The phone was ringing off the hook ( nobody answering?) I seen two tables get up and grab their own menus and then shortly after walk out due to lack of service. This has happened twice now and i certainly won't be going back to this Boston Pizza for a 3rd time. To be fair tho, the food is delicious. read more
