I came here with my family to enjoy a nice dinner while we were on a road trip. I ordered chicken tenders and poutine (as usual) and it was up to my standards. However, our food took a while to get here and my family all ate at different times. The servers were all really nice, but the service takes a while. I decided that I needed to go to the bathroom, and I can literally only explain my experience in storybook form: My Jean-wrapped legs strolled towards the bathroom as my pupils glanced upon the door. I move my hand and open the door, and the first things I see are three stalls; One large one with a "Out of Order" sign on it and two smaller okay seeming stalls. I look into the middle small stall, and the back of it was open and I thought to myself, "wow, I am definitely not going in there". I then gazed into the last small stall and I thought it looked fine, so I entered. Until I realized that it didn't lock, I then went back on my word and entered the middle stall. As I went to lock it, I realized that it was held together by a...screw? "At least it locks", I thought to myself despite being near eye level with the large gaping hole where the lock mechanism is supposed to be. After surviving that experience, I traveled over to the water-drenched sink and used my hand to turn on the barely holding on faucet, then closed the tap with a paper towel. I opened the door with the same paper towel, and I left the bathroom enjoying the new lack of stickiness on the floor. After this experience, I just had to tell the family all about it. I ordered thai bites and a bandara bread at 5:15. The woman taking my order said it would take 30-45 minutes to arrive at my house. I live about 5-10 minutes away from the restaurant. It took about an hour and a half to get to my house. After i paid, I sat down to eat only to find out that this was not what i had ordered, it was onion rings and what looked like a chicken parm. So i called the restaurant back, where I spoke to the manager and he said it would take another 30 minutes to send me what i had actually ordered. It took almost another hour to get here after our phone call. Very disappointed. read more

Just finished dinner and wanted to say the food was good ( as expected) but I wanted to comment on our server Roman. He is possibly one of the best servers I've seen in a long time, he took orders without writing it down and everything was correct, checked in periodically without it being too much. Disappointing! Service is terrible here! Slow and inattentive. We asked for an extra bowl and plate for our appies to go on that never came. Asked for a pop refill and that didn't get a verbal response to the request. No "ok" or "sure". No acknowledgement. She ignored us. Kyarra needs to be customer focused if she wants tips. It was not busy when we were there. Nachos with beef and cheese has very little beef and cheese. Maybe 2tbsp of ground beef on the whole platter for $18! She gave us a discount on the nachos when I actually wanted the right amounts of meat and cheese and to pay full price. Bandera bread was good. Thai chicken bites were good. The bill wasn't offered partially because she really wasn't offering proper table service so we went directly to the front. I was in a hurry to go as we still had traveling to do that night so I paid tap with credit card. We ordered the buy 2 get 1 appie free special and she charged me full price for all 3, no free item. So I now asked for the free item to be taken off. They claim they can't refund the bill and charge the correct price. Um. Isn't it fraud to charge for something that shouldn't be on the bill and then not refund it?? In then end, they game me cash back for the charged item after I told them a free lunch and appie at their location wasn't going to work since I'm passing through. I'd recommend they take advantage of the BP customer service training program. Needed here! Sept 9, 2017: I wanted to add that the manager immediately reached out to me regarding my concerns at this Boston pizza. He has been very interested in the comments. Everyone should be aware that BPs company policy on their nachos is the only add 4 ounces or 1/4 of a pound of beef per order of nachos. That's almost none on a large platter of nachos that cost more than $15! He is also trying to find out why their portable credit card machines will not allow for a refund when a payment has been issued in error. I appreciate Sean Dieno's efforts to fix this situation!!! I ordered BP for Delivery and was told it would be in between an hour and an hour and 15 minutes. It arrived exactly 75 minutes later. Cold. and the wrong type pizza. Not only that, I said I like the pizza to be on the over cooked side so they visibly undercooked it and the delivery driver gave me shit because they didn't give him my name . Really poor and the second bad delivery service I've had with them. the food is extremely expensive it should at least come warm. I'm very disappointed and won't be back. read more

Great food, wonderful service. Except for the very odd creature who delivers their food. He was frequently traipsing around the lounge with his can of Pepsi and odd sweatpant Jean jacket combo giving customers the stinkeye while they were trying to enjoy their meal. Everybody knows a tropical chicken pizza is better enjoyed without receiving the stink eye. Please either contain this odd individual to a more back of the house type setting or sit him down and have a stern but fair talking to about his mutant behaviour. The pizza and server were 5 star.
