I have a spinal stimulator from Boston Scientific. It has been a great help with my chronic pain. It has also given me a chronic pain in the form of its rules that allow only foundation care to be the pharmacy for replacement parts. I had my briefcase stolen, it contained my remote control for the spinal stimulator. I have been trying to get Foundation care to replace it fir 7.5 months Yesterday, i was informed by my insurance provider that they missed a deadline, and will now have to start the process all over again. I am totally flabbergasted with Foundation Care, their legendary incompetence is stunning. I am at a loss as to why a company like Boston Scientific insists that its customers deal with this incompetent pharmacy. I will be filing a complaint with the state of California insurance board, as well as the Hospital, and Surgeon involved in placing this device. read more
