The best Fresas con Crema ever!! They are delicious, the people there are also super friendly, I highly recommend trying this place out!!

Got there right as they opened and it was busy already. They have a super extensive menu with great look stuff but we went to try the tostiloco bar! Such a new and cool concept if you're looking to try something new and customize your tostilocos with different chips and toppings

I actually really like this place. Good prices, the guy that is normally there is very nice. As well as the owner. The only issue I would say I have is the guy that is normally there by himself doing everything; handling money. And working in the back. He never wears gloves and I don't see a visible hand washing station and so I question how often hand hygiene is probable?. Since everything is done in the back you can't really know what he touches. There's a small window but it only shows the person in the back from the shoulders up. So I think the guy should wear gloves and after he touches money or the register needs to wash his hands or change gloves if he's wearing any. You don't know as well if someone may have an allergy to something. Last thing you'd want is for someone to be sick.

Chamango had perfect amount of chamoy
    Espy M.

I was craving a raspado on a Saturday Night at 835 pm to be exact . Most places are closed at this time ... SMH - but yelped saved the night . I found this place which was open until 9 ... We walked in here about 7 minutes before closing time and the 2 gentlemen working provided incredibly customer service... I was impressed about them not turning us away since they were likely almost done with closing chores and ready to go home. I ordered a Spicy (picosito) Tamarind raspado and a chamango and both were perfectly prepared. Raspado was not under or over spicy nor too sweet- I was able to finish it all without getting s stomach ache. The Chamango was equally delicious - it had the right amount of chamoy and was able to enjoy the blended mango without the sour chamoy over powering this mango slushy. We will be back to taste banana , walnut, eggnog raspados and an escamocha & will update post when I do :) Thank you for your superb customer service and delicious Raspados and Chamango !

I was a little nervous because it's hard to find a good mexican snacks place that doesn't just have a bunch of sugar and fake ingredients. This Chamango was EVERYTHING!!! From the perfect thicc smoothie texture to the FRESH mango on top it was perfection. Haven't tried anything else but after this first AMAZING experience, I will go back! Muchas gracias!!

It's a cute, Busy place but totally worth it! They have the best gansito milkshake, and the way you prepare your Tostilocos is bomb! They have a lot of good stuff on the menu, this place is a go to.

Pretty nice place Connected to a food spot as well so you can order a meal and something to drink. You can get a healthy variety as well as options like delicious snacks. Right next to a really good pizza spot. I love the fresh drinks they have here. Good pricing too! It's a good spot everyone would like

Large Chamango. I asked for light Chamoy because I'm pregnant again and get heartburn easily lol.
    Kariza C.

It's been years since my husband and I have been here, but we had to make the drive down because I'm pregnant again and was craving a Chamango. The only thing that has changed is the interior design and new additions to the menu. My first kiddo loves the new additions to the menu. (She got Cotton Candy ice cream with whip cream and sprinkles.) The service is 5/5 even after all these years, which we really appreciate. The owner asked us if we had any questions as soon as we walked in and he even followed up when we were almost done eating to see how we liked our dessert. My family & I will always support this spot and will be back to try their new menu options.

My friends and I were just looking to get a coffee in Little Italy, but when we walked in and saw all the delicious treats we had to try something else as well. I ordered a latte and neglected to tell them it was for here so I was given a paper cup, but they give real cups if you ask. The latte was good, and my friend bought a kitchen sink type cookie with chocolate, coconut, and macadamia nuts. It was warm and gooey good! Another friend tried the gelato and said it was very good. There are a few tables inside and tables out in front outside. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful San Diego weather. The decor and tables definitely gives you an old school Italian neighborhood vibe with Italian markets right next door. If I am in the neighborhood again, I would definitely come back here to try the gelato and/or a piece of an excellent looking lemon pie bar I spotted.

I've worked in Little Italy in the past but have never tried Caffe Italia. I got their Italian sandwich, with the default bread being focaccia. I thought it was tasty as well as their coffee, however my coffee wasn't filled up all the way. It is strong and their roast is bold!
