I always buy my sneakers there, they were the first place I could find a pair of Veja sneakers in Mexico. This is such a special spot and I'm so happy they continue to be a force in the city. They did not mention on Saturday that they will not be accepting any returns despite my telling them that my husband will need to try it out. I did not feel welcome at all. Maybe I look like someone who steels? Or maybe they aren't used to 20 year olds coming into stores with such expensive brands? I just hate when the workers are chasing one like hell, so that you can not go around yourself looking for something unique. I could easily have bought something in there, yet I did not feel welcome and was out again quickly. Silver Deer, being exclusive isn't about excluding people. It is about treating every single customer identical. I will promise you a higher profit if you change your concept about service.
