One of the Brazilian Churrasco Especial was a half of my friend's and fatty!
    Mayu D.

Let me start from the cons: - the restaurant is too cold! We were freezing even with our jackets on. No ambience. - both the server and the cook are not friendly. - the server didn't even look at my eyes when he was making eye contacts with other guys and took my order at the end. - all of our food came out cold although we were only customers. - We ordered 2 exactly same churrasco special on the menu, but my steakwas a half the size of the other guy's and mostly fat! Now the Pros: - Came to the restaurant 30 minutes before closing, but they let us dine-in. - the flavor of food was good in general. - When I complained about my steak, the guy went to cook and gave us more steak. - prices are super reasonable. It was like $28ish for the churrasco special. Overall, the food is not bad. It's pretty reasonable. Just order to go. -

Wonderful addition to the neighborhood! Our first visit, and surely not the last. The artwork and overall vibe of this cozy small restaurant allows you to take deep breaths and enjoy the moment. We didn't feel "rushed" to hurry and get through the meal, or maybe it felt that way because we haven't had a nice meal without the kid for over 2 years ha! The music was calming and food delicious! We ordered the Bife acebolado (Beef with caramelized onion) - very tender and flavorful. Loved the garlic rice, creamy beans, and crispy fries. Portion size was perfect. Hubby enjoyed the Brazilian Churrasco - tender meat, including the chicken! We also had their signature cocktail- Caipiriña which was refreshing and not too sweet. Looking forward to trying more!

Great find! Thank you Yelp! We were up north and I was looking for a good place for lunch. I searched for steak and found Botteco Brazil. When we entered, we were the only customers. I wasn't sure if it was going to be the type of churrasco where servers walk around with skewers, but the owner suggested the first item on the menu, "Brazilian Churrasco" and we each got a plate with Beef, chicken wrapped with bacon, pork sausage, and sirloin with sides of rice and beans (we skipped the potato salad.) It actually worked out really nicely to have a plate (rather than servers with skewers) - no awkward decision making on when to take more, and we got to take home leftovers! The meat was incredible. It was wonderfully flavored and tender. We met both of the owners and they were so sweet. They have live music in the evening and even invited us to come back on Christmas! We live kind of far but we're already looking forward to our next visit. I also saw on their Facebook that they're planning to open a Fremont location next year, so I'll be happy when they're a little closer!

What an amazing experience! Looking for something new to us and protein heavy, this is where yelp led us. The owner greeted us and he was so friendly and suggested a delicious authentic Brazilian cocktail that my husband loved. We went with all the meats. The Brazilian Churrasco for him, which came with all the sides and a lovely potato salad with this delightfully savory season that they use on all the sides. I went with the Garlic Aioli Shrimp and a bit of ridiculously spicy (but so good) hot sauce. The whole meal felt like a Brazilian neighbor invited us over for dinner. The waitress, the owner the whole vibe just felt like a low key, friendly neighborhood meal amongst friends. Don't miss out on this gem

Yum! It's great to have a Brazilian restaurant that is not just a theatrical rodízio style churrascaria. Is there churrasco at Botteco Brazil? Absolutely! Is it delicious. Yes!!! But the grilled meat isn't the only thing on the menu here. Several delicious plates and side dishes are also here, and they are all served in a charming and more intimate setting than the big showy places. And the service is friendly, professional, and...well, you will be treated like family. In a good way. Worth supporting. And your taste buds and stomach will thank you for being so kind to them.

Exterior, parking lot in back (2/24/21)

Botteco Brazil is a newish restaurant located along a busy throughfare of Bothell Way, just off the northeast end of 145th at the crossroads of Seattle's Lake City neighborhood and Shoreline. If you see Briley's BBQ and Grill in Lake Forest Park, you've gone too far on Bothell Way...btw great grilled meats and sides also. Exercise caution as you approach the restaurant southbound on Bothell Way. A shared parking lot is located behind the restaurant. I placed a takeout order onsite back on 2/24/21. The waitperson was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. There were a few occupied tables for socially distanced indoor dining and also other takeout orders ahead of me. I ordered two Churascos ($18 each) which was very generous: assorted grilled meats, sausage, and bacon wrapped chicken bite. Also included were Brazilian style potato salad, black beans, garlic jasmine rice, and farofa (toasted cassava flour). This is in contrast to my recent takeout for Just the Meats at Opus Co for (also $18 each). One receives just the featured grilled proteins, nothing else. Overall, great service, well packed takeout, and generous amount of food - big bang for your culinary dollars!

The ambience is warm and welcoming immediately once you walk in. Rich Brazilian wood done in a very authentic style that is very comfortable. The server Simone, is very sweet, and shares that she and her husband built this lovely place with their own two hands! I love everything about this place and it turns out they are in our new hood! We'll be back again and again! We had the Freijoada (black bean stew) is filled with meaty delish chunks that bring such rich flavors and served with lovely light jasmine rice and the most spectacular Collard Greens I've had in a minute! The Camarăo ao Alho E ÓLeo (garlic shrimp) were perfectly cooked and lovely flavors. We treated ourselves to Churrasco Misto (grilled mixed meats) which was succulent and expertly cooked proteins in that classic Brazilian Grill style but leveled up. Ok, who's kidding who, we treated ourselves to this whole amazing meal so it also included the Păo de Queijo (cheese bread) that should be illegal because I could see becoming addicted to these! Delicious cocktails from the bar as well definitely did not disappoint! As I said, we love this place and will return, so far they don't talk about grass fed proteins but I'll keep working on them. They select their ingredients with great care. This would make it beyond amazing! As with all my other reviews, I take into consideration the class of restaurant that I am reviewing. I have been to Michelin starred, white glove restaurants, and the best little mom and pop corner shops on the planet and what I care about is the freshness of ingredients the warmth of the staff And the flavors of the food.

Close-up if black beans and steak!

Botteco is NEW... a Brazilian steak and rib house on the upper west side of Lake Washington in Lake City. The pictures I've posted tell the story! This us some of the best food we've ever eaten! We ordered for "take out", so what you see is shown on our plates at home. The bone-in beef rib tasted like it had been in a smoker for hours. The flavor was all beef without being over spiced. It was over the top delicious! The 8-hour slow roasted pork ribs were supple you could almost drink them... oh My God! The bacon-wrapped bbq chicken was just the right pairing of chicken breast in a salted bacon oil. The sausage link was bbq'd as well... I ate it as finger food. The three side dishes, rice, black beans and potato salad were a highlight and paired with the various meats beautifully. I could make a meal out of the potato salad alone! The vegetable palm salad is absolutely delicious with Italian dressing, and the variety of vegetables, greens, tomatoes and palm created a very rich, complex salad.... totally satisfying! I can't say enough good about this restaurant. It is modern and clean, with lots of parking. .... definitely a 5-STAR experience!

This is a really solid place for Brazilian steaks. We tried the sampler plate and although everything was pretty good, their flagship beef coulette was by far the best. It's a really well seasoned and perfectly cooked cut of beef and I would put it up with the best of any steak I've had. I got the crab and shrimp casserole thing which has a name in Portuguese that I can't pronounce. It was also incredibly rich and flavorful, and although it's priced at $55 it's enough to feed 2-3 people. Just be aware that because it's packed with seafood it has basically zero shelf life, so if you order this bring friends and try to clear it. Food is solid, professional service. Price range keeps it out of casual dinner territory but you get your money's worth and it's perfect for a date night.

If I could give botteco more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I was completely blown away by how amazing this restaurant was in all aspects of food and service. My friend recommended this place to me, as she is Brazilian and from NY. She told me this has been the only place she's found in WA that she would vouche for that is authentic Brazilian food. So after waiting to try this place and after the holidays i was able to visit. The food was insaneeeee delicious. I mean... the fried chicken tasted like lechon and I could not stop eating it. The churrasco was incredible. Idk how they marinate that garlic steak thing but it was addicting. The beef was superb quality and the flavors were seriously out of this world. Me and my partner cleared the entire table haha One of the best parts of our meal was the wonderful server. She was sooo kind and energetic and you can just tell she gets excited for people to experience her culture and she was happy to have us. I appreciated her patience and how wonderful she was with explaining what every single item was and a short little story of how Brazilian people eat at home or the things they enjoy. I will absolutely come back here as much as I can!

I was extremely WRONG. And wish I had tried this place sooner. I now plan to go in person sometime soon. First of all, the quality (and quantity) of their meats for the price is AMAZING. I was shocked. We ordered all of our steaks medium rare and thats exactly what they gave us. That's hard to do over delivery!! I wish I had taken photos bcause everything we ordered was so so good and mostly still hot too! We ordered the Brazilian Churrasco Especial (picanha entree) which alone came with so much meat and other sides for just under $30. Also got the Picanha Especial Appetizer. I thought this was going to smaller than the churrasco entree. Wrong again. It was huge. Bigger if anything. Came with entire takeout container of meat. An entire container of fries and a few fried plantains. The plantains had a coating on them that I wasnt crazy about but they were still bomb. I personally didnt like them together with any of the other food. Wish I did but again, they were super good on their own. Next time I'll try their yucca. We also got the Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms and Cheese Bread (Pão de queijo). I know Ive already said how good everything was but my god the mushrooms were chefs kiss and went so well with the meat etc. I kept dipping slices of steak in the juice. They're buttery herby savory goodness. Very rich. The Pão was good but just that, Pão. I do recommend to anyone who hasnt tried them though they're cheesy deliciousness AND Gluten Free. Great portions and the quality is there for sure. One of the best IMO now that I know lol. Only "complaint" is I wish they had half size of their sides (in my case the mushrooms and the pão). AND I wish they had sides of mashed potatoes like the other locations (but I'll live lol) Will def order again!

Feedback regarding a private event:…read more Dear Nallely, I want to thank you for your outstanding service and guidance in preparing for our dinner event on 5/2. The evening was fabulous, and I would absolutely recommend your restaurant for private events. Everything was seamless and the food was delicious. Based on your recommendations, we had a wonderful selection of starters and were able to take advantage of the extras you suggested. I truly feel that your resources and our investment were used effectively and efficiently. Our lead server, Eduardo, was exceptional. He was always easy to find and had everything well in hand. When my family and I arrived we had some minor changes to the seating layout, he addressed them immediately -- and by the time our guests arrived, everything was perfect. Whenever we had a request or needed a change, he was on it right away and simply made it happen. He kept my husband and I informed on the minimums we needed to meet and offered excellent suggestions on how to finish out the evening. He was approachable, cheerful, and always ready to deliver. Thank you both for making our evening effortless. Additionally, Nallely was a tremendous help from start to finish. She went above and beyond with the table layout, working to help us maximize the space exactly as we envisioned -- and it turned out perfectly. She was consistently helpful, easy to reach, and always had a clear answer and explanation for how things were handled. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fogo de Chao Bellevue and would gladly pass along Nallely's name to anyone who asked. Because of Nallely, Eduardo, and the entire staff at Fogo de Chao Bellevue, our evening was smooth, easy, and everything we had hoped for. I would 100% do it again and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

We were also charged for yucca fries they forgot to give us and we ended up just not getting them.
