I've never felt so rushed and then ignored for a paying service. Started the process March 21, was…read morerushed through the meeting - so some info was incorrect/missing. Was rushed to initial the return right there on the spot without having the opportunity to really look it over ("just sign here, initial here..." rush rush). We took it home to review, found some incorrect info (left off a line item on Schedule B INT), found a typo, and noticed they didn't round up on the DIV/INT numbers (maybe no big deal and I'd let that slide if this was the only thing), but in combination with even a few other sloppy things and the feeling of being totally rushed, it was not ok to send this off to IRS. 2 weeks later I'm still getting no response to my phone calls or emails. Few days later, they say changes were made and revised return is in the client portal (which was never set up to begin with so that I could check any of this during the time no one was responding). April 15, I see the return on the portal is still the original, incorrect one. Two of my phone calls today went into voicemail Two of my phone calls today were answered, no words spoken, then immediately hung up on. How would you feel trusting this company with your financial tax return after this? Me.... not good at all unfortunately.
