I went there for a pizza on a tip from an acquaintance. It's a simple and neat pizzeria with at the max a dozen of tables.
I was there on Wednesday and there was only one waitress. After I got seated, I perused the menu, which contains around 50 different pizzas. On top of the list, there was a phrase asking the clients not to change the composition of the listed pizzas.
I selected the pizza with Culatello di Parma, but wanted also olives. I asked the waitress and she said that's not a problem.
After the pizza arrived I took a first bite. And wow, that was one of the best pizzas I had since a long time. The dough was slim and crunchy. The Culatello di Parma and the olives were top quality. I finished the pizza in no time and it did not lay heavy on the stomach.
In my opinion, this is the best pizzeria in town. read more
