We were warmly greeted by the proprietor, and he helped us choose a few different varieties, since signage isn't the best - nor do we read French. Others showed up in the store - clearly regulars, and he waited on us until we were complete, before serving them; which I thought very appropriate. However, as soon as they showed up, he was much less nice to us. Maybe understandable, but still difficult for us as we were just browsing and buying more slowly than others. A little on the pricey side, but the quality was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Don't skip the jambon, it's a must. The pigs are fed acorns and you can taste it in the meat. The trio sampler was amazing as was the tartare sampler of beef, veal, and lamb.
