They hardly return calls and when they do, they are sarcastic or don't know what is going on. It's now 9 months later and still haven't got the issue resolved. Called today and they had to dig the file out! We have asked several times for an itemized invoice of where the $5,000 retainer went and they won't reply. Talked to Mr. Stapleton this morning and he stated if we wanted him to finish the job it will be $300 an hour! This firm does not care about helping anyone. All they care about is taking your money. Mr. Stapleton is very rude and talks about himself too much. How hard is it to get a deed to someone and get it signed?
