We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. They have a variety of furniture on the floor as well as decor of all kinds. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

Yesterday i went to return an item. I was told the returns was down as the person dealing with this…read morewas not in. I asked to see the manager to discuss this further and upon the manager arriving I got the exact same response. I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

They are knowledgeable about what they sell and go above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after. We ordered two special-order recliners from them, and they were delivered earlier than expected. The delivery guys are friendly and go above and beyond what you would expect. They were polite, courteous and removed all wrappings, leaving just our 2 beautiful recliners set up, ready to relax in. All communications via email with Jennifer from the Ottawa office were prompt and helpful. I called again as the original delivery date was changed and was checking on the status of the delivery and I spoke with Jessica. She was very friendly and looked into the issue very quickly and got back to me immediately. I have had to deal with other customer service departments from two different companies, not Mattress mart, regarding appliance issues...and those departments were awful regarding returning calls. So it is a very refreshing and welcome change to deal with an online company that is professional, prompt and helpful. Our salesperson, Trista, was so friendly and so helpful as we went from one mattress to another. We ended up purchasing the Kingsdown Zero Gold Matress - actually two of them in Twin XL, along with adjustable bases, so my wife and I could choose our mattress firmness and our head and food adjustments independently. It was the perfect solution. Trista did not rush us our pester us, but she was always right there to answer any questions we had. We shopped on Black Friday weekend when they had great sales too. For all of the mattresses I've purchased over the years for us or for our kids (also purchased mattresses for them at Mattress Mart), this was by far the best experience of all.
