A few of the plants didn't come back to life though. I sent Tim an email telling him about it and asked if they were guaranteed. He called me back and I told him about my problem. He came out to our house the next day and looked at everything. The next week he went to the nursery and picked out plants and sent me pictures. He called me and we discussed the plants as far as the flowers, how big they'd get, etc. Shortly after our conversation, he was at our house planting the new plants. Customers are not respected; the act like they are doing you a favor. Prices increase annually, and quality of service goes down.
