Their most popular item, Couque de Dinant also seems like it's straight out of World War I. These honey cookies're rock-hard - you have to dip them in warm tea/coffee for a full minute or you might chip a tooth. The texture and taste feels like cardboard. We later learned that a lot of people now buy them mainly as house decorations lol.
