I understand that doctors have the right to refuse to provide service (based on the insurance). However, sure would have been nice for someone to call and let me know. At a minimum, send me a letter. Instead, after living in excruciating pain for 2-weeks without so much as a call, I phoned to be told that Dr Wagner doesn't accept my insurance. REALLY?! What happened to customer service? Just goes to show that the world continues to go down the drain and doctors are right there too.

In addition I explicitly told him to focus and rework the tricep muscle in both failed surgeries. He forgot that as I sit here in my hotel room, I just finished third surgery with another local surgeon. The moment I told them I wanted a second opinion elsewhere, they canceled me as a patient as it turns out the new surgeon fix the problem. Bottom line I would never be sitting in this hotel room right now if Brain P Davis did his job, do NOT believe it's World class surgeon services. Regardless of his bowtie on or not and proceed with caution. Oh, and by the way, I'm still paying off those failed surgeries. Make sure you do your homework before seeing Brain P Davis.

He gave me cortisone shots in each wrist and less than 24 hours later, my symptoms are 95% gone. He explained what I needed to know and did a good job administering the shots. Hopefully the carpal tunnel doesn't come back but if it does, I will return here for whatever comes next. Would give 5 stars but the wait time was a little long. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Otherwise, I recommend Front Range Orthopedics!

The waiting room was a mass of people; like cattle being taken to slaughter. I waited 45 minutes to see someone. Most of the staff was kind and gave great explanations. However, the last guy was a waste of space; my short-term parking placard form was incomplete and incorrect, so I have to return to the DMV to resubmit corrected forms, which I'll be getting from my own physical therapist (take a referral from them? No, thanks.) Trying to reach a human was impossible by phone. Worst. Medical. Service. Ever. Full stop.

After seeing a pain management doctor for more than a year (receiving countless injections and repeated physical therapy) and not getting any relief, my pain management doctor referred me to Dr. Gary Clark for prolotherapy. Dr. Clark gave me a thorough exam and found that I had scoliosis in my spine and that my sacroiliac (SI) joints were out of place. He took a detailed medical history, and at each visit he explained what he was doing and why. He did repeated injections and adjustments on the SI joints -- the latter of which corrected my leg length discrepancy. These treatments relieved a lot of pain. Dr. Clark also referred me to a physical therapist who works with scoliosis and joint displacement using visceral manipulation. (Dr. Clark's office also went out of the way to find me a practitioner who both offered this treatment and accepted my insurance.) I have been receiving care from Dr. Clark for six months, and after today's visit, my SI joints have improved greatly. The scoliosis is gone, and the leg length discrepancy is resolved. I still get breakthrough pain in the thoracic area, which I can reduce with specific exercises and a percussion massager, but if it were not for Dr. Clark, I would still suffer at a pain level of ten day in and day out. He is thorough, thoughtful, caring, and patient, and I highly recommend Dr. Clark to anyone looking for relief of any type of orthopedic issues.

Where do I start?…read more Dr Eickmann was condescending and dismissive, over-shared about the practice's finances, and never even mentioned my injury that can can only be repaired with surgery - an injury that was the primary finding on ALL of my imaging reports. Now I'm ok with a down-to-business bedside manner but this guy lacked even the most basic empathy and compassion. Like it or not, that is part of the path to do no harm. I'm no delicate flower that needs their hand held, but holy christonacracker the guy was beyond cold into the cruel zone. He was in major hurry with no time for questions. He couldn't be bothered. Lucky for me I've learn to deal with doctors like that. His assistant couldn't take a simple history either, and the receptionist was clearly miserable. Just find another practice, trust me.

However the visit was obviously rushed and I only left with medication for treat my cough. Today I am on my way to see another doctor which is another expense. The medication barely worked to help my cough and obviously I haven't gotten any better. Not sure if it the treatment was because of my skin color either. I just hope the office staff does better with planning for the day. The MA was a rude teen boy but the receptionist was nice. Overall it was a 2 out of 5 stars.

Some doctor's will spend time with you answering your questions with polite assistants. Some doctor's behave as if they don't want to be there at all and barely engage with you. Just plain rude. And some of the assistants are incredibly rude and need to be completely retrained because their behavior is absolutely unacceptable.
