After living in the area for many years, I finally checked this place out by attending a birthday party. I was really impressed with how clean it was and how large it is. It wasn't crowded at all for 2:00 but by 4:00 it was starting to get busy. They have tons of extra arcade games and extra things for the kids to do. I thought this is a very fun experience for my four year-old and eight-year-old a lot of variety from trampolining to zip line to arcade to foam pit. It was nice for them to get a little bit of everything while they were there. I thought the trampoline pricing was appropriate for the time very quickly about 17 bucks per hour per person.And then you would buy a separate card for tokens to be used at the various video games. They were clean facilities, pretty friendly staff, especially those that are running the bumper cars, zip line and tubes on the water There was ample parking in the parking lot and overall clean facility, which they probably need to fill up their hand sanitizer stations as most were empty. We have come to this place for quite a few years. Our recent trip I noticed that the cleanliness of the establishment has changed. Usually when walking in the greeting area it smells very clean, but it didn't have this smell. Then I noticed that the mats in the middle of the building were very dirty and had caked on dirt where it hasn't had in the past. The plexiglass was also dirty. My daughter also complained that the slides were sticky. We used the ladies restroom and my child slipped and fell when she turned around from the sink to get a paper towel to dry her hands because the floors were soaking wet with standing water. The soap dispenser also had watered down soap inside both dispensers. Again, this is not what we have experienced in the past, but this is a lot of change from the last experience we had. This place is pretty legit. Lots of fun things for kids to do. It's expensive. 2 kids for 2 hours plus 3 bumper car tickets and a pair of $2 socks is close to $60. It's a large area that has many activities. trampolines, basketball, mini obstacle course, slides, small ball area with musical guitars - are just some of what's included. MORE BOUNCE TO THE OUNCE I recently hosted a birthday party for my grand baby at this establishment and she had a blast! The theme for her party was the new Little Mermaid Movie played by newcomer, Halle Bailey. Firstly, customer service is mediocre at this place. Upon entering, I was not greeted by the three ladies at the customer service desk. They were running around looking confused and a bit unorganized. I guess they do not know how to multitask. It's quite simple though. You stop what you're doing and you look up to acknowledge your guest that's about to spend $400 and you say, "Sir or ma'am, I will be right with you momentarily." Easy Peasy! That way you keep the patiently waiting guest from becoming impatient. It's not ROCKET SCIENCE! The hostess that was assigned to assist me with my party was a young girl by the name of Vinnie. She was okay. She wasn't rude or anything, just paraded a nonchalant and unconcerned attitude. There was an additional party table in our area that wasn't being utilized. I asked the hostess if we could use that table for the parents and she responded that we could use it but would have to pay a $25 fee for it. GEEZ! I needed it, so I grudgingly paid the fee. Secondly, the party that I booked was on a Sunday evening from 4:30-6:30 pm. They allowed me to arrive 15 minutes early to start decorating before the guest arrive. The hostess did not have to do much of anything because my daughter and I did all of the decorating ourselves. As the guest began to arrive, the hostess brought out a pitcher of water and placed it on the side table in our private area. However, she failed to provide me with grip socks for the guests so that they could bounce on the trampolines. As a result of this, I had to go back to the service desk and request them. I also asked for grip socks for the parents that needed to assist their toddlers on the trampoline and this is when I was informed that I would have to add the parents to the guest list and pay an additional $20 for each parent. More fees! Yay! Yippee Ki-Yay! This is important information that should be specifically explained on the website or in person that parents have to pay to assist their little toddlers on the trampolines. Thirdly, after an hour of excited wide-eyed energetic bouncing, the little ones started to make their way back to the party area asking for food and drinks. They had been taking breaks here and there, sipping on water for an hour, and were now hungry. I asked Vinnie if she could prepare the food and drinks to be brought out and this is when I was informed that food and drinks do not come out until 6:00 which would leave the kids only 30 minutes to celebrate. I was highly upset by this but did not make a fuss about it. As a result, the kids had to rush to eat their food, down their drinks, then prepare to sing happy birthday, blow out candles, and eat cake all in 30 minutes. Not to mention, this forced me to rush to serve them so that they would have enough time. The food provided was three large pizzas from Pizza Hut, which were fresh and piping hot! I will give them that. The party package that I purchased comes with only one pizza so there's an additional fee of $13 per pizza, if you need more, which is stated on the website. The drinks provided were lemonade and Powerade. They do provide soda as well but I opted for non-carbonated beverages instead. Moreover, after they were done, Vinnie brought the bill to me and a pack of game cards for the birthday girl and her guests. The party had already ended and now you bring the game cards, especially after I already purchased them for my grand babies! I was flabbergasted and appalled! I wanted to scream, "You people are so unorganized! Geez!" Nevertheless, I refrained from doing so. Overall, this establishment is great for kids to be entertained and have fun. However, they are a team of unprofessional and unorganized staff members. I would have reported the service to management but seeing that they were walking around discombobulated like the teenagers that they hired, I decided against it. Be aware that additional activities such as zip line, bumper cars, and the water hamster ball are not included in any birthday packages or during a normal visit. They are an additional $5 each. I do not recommend this place for a birthday party. While I was highly disappointed with the service, the children were bursting with pure and innocent excitement! First I don't recommend this place at ALL!! It's stinks, the foam pit was dirty and stunk, the trampolines were bad! You couldn't even jump on them. I went and tested the dodgeball area, the basketball area and the foam pit trampolines all of them were terrible. I spent just under 200 for 7 people including the 3 sets of tickets 3 for $15 (Zip lining, Bumper cars, water feature game). I purchased the 3 for $15 x's 3. I only received 6 tickets. Once I realized I had 6 and not 9 tickets, I sent my wife to the counter to let the girl know that we only received six tickets the girl took our receipts and the six tickets to her manager, and they had a quick conversation as I walked up. The manager says give me one second and she goes to the back to view cameras it takes her about 10 minutes. She comes out with no apology and gives us our 3 tickets. Now we head over to take our shoes off take them to the cubbies get everyone situated before we could begin to enjoy ourselves once I ran into all of these hurdles and complaints for my daughter on her ninth birthday because that's what we were there celebrating. I got highly upset And I went to speak to the manager about it. She immediately told me she does not give refunds and that she would give me a 60 minute pass so I can come back as I went to go grab my receipts to bring back to her. She looked at the receipts and said we've already been jumping for 30 minutes. She could only refund me everything but one hour because we've already been there 30 minutes. My daughter was crying because she saw me upset. She really wanted to be there, but she wasn't happy with how things were going herself so she was ready to leave so I took the refund which was basically half of what I spent and we left. Used to come a lot and haven't been in a while. We came today and it is the dirtiest trampoline park I've ever been to! Seriously so nasty...take the time to clean the trampolines and replace the balls in the toddler ball pit area!!! There were crushed water bottles in there, balls with used band aids on them . I do not like giving a not so great review, but I have to be honest - we were disappointed. Quite honestly there needs to be an inspector dropping by this location for their mismanaged equipment (some of the trampolines were very worn, my little almost injured themselves by the loosely held together trampolines) and there were piles of dust strong enough to put someone in an allergy attack if they were too close to the vents... Being a high traffic kid spot, it's understandable to see food on the floor or shoe prints on the floor- but there was a stale, unwelcoming odor when we walked in and it appeared to need some cleaning in a fee areas. You pay for the use of the trampolines, but they advertise for an additional costs a couple of other rides , however, they were not operational , so they were not prepared for that during our visit. Considering this place has been open for a few years, I can anticipate the location to appear worn and "broken in," but this place appears to be lacking management attention. I booked at birthday party for my daughter recently. It's a really spacious place to take the kids so many things to do. I just wouldn't recommend getting the party package. The problem I had was the arcade cards that were included in the package. It displayed $5 game card for each jumper, the issue was it was only 10 credits on the card. Each game varies from 4-10 credits per game so some kids only got to play one game and then they want you to reload the card for extra $. Also on the package it says 10 kids included. You would assume the birthday person didn't have to be included in the 10 kids, so basically for the package it's 9 kids and then your child. The party was $388 in total I honestly don't feel that I got a good deal for the amount of money spent. read more

This place is insane in the most fun way possible! I brought my niece here and my Apple Watch easily hit 14,000 steps after a few hours! We came on a Saturday night and it was packed! There are children everywhere! The check in process was a little disorganized but it moved quickly. Once you are inside it can be a little chaotic. They make you sign a waiver so if you get hurt that's on you! It's an easy place to get hurt if you are not careful. There are many unattended children so keep an eye on yours. They have an area for the smaller children. The main trampoline area is so much fun! We had such a good time. I would recommend this place for kids 7-12! I'm so sad we don't live closer to this place! My son and I have a bucket list of sorts that involves trying all the indoor play places/trampoline parks in Houston, and Bounce Bounce was next on our list. Pretty far drive from where we live, but worth it. This isn't just a typical place with trampolines, foam pit and ball pit. They have a massive zip line, water ball and bumper cars. The bumper car area is too small to be of much fun, but the rest is phenomenal. And the geniuses that they are placed an entire ice cream shop inside, so you can get away from the noisy crowd and have a delicious sweet treat. I was impressed with the toppings available, and the price was very reasonable for a single scoop with one topping. The admission for Bounce Bounce itself was a little on the high end, but offers so much more than similar places so worth it to me. My only complaint is they didn't have enough staff to run the bumper cars, water ball and zip line, so you have to wait until the people ahead of you are finished one one of those, even if the other two are unoccupied. I have 2 1yr olds (22 months) and they had a blast. At this age, just about anything will entertain them but they had a great time jumping and playing for an hour at Bounce Bounce and didn't want to go home. This location has rolling balls on water, a zip line above the trampoline, a ball pit, a soccer area, bumper cars and more. You can spend 1-2 hours in here and your children will love it. No matter what age, you can bet your kids will have a great time. This place has so much interaction and if parents don't want to jump or participate there are places to sit and watch your child. One good thing I noticed about this place is the entrance into the trampolines. There is only one exit. Just in case your little one decides to explore other things within the place, its easy to catch them leaving. This place is amazing. Let me tell you why they received one star. The cashiers are so rude, I do not understand. I feel like kids have it easy these days. They do not have toddler price that's ridiculous because they are mostly going to jump at the toddler areas. The " guards" that monitor everyone that jumps make me laugh. Me and my one year old just recently discovered this indoor park and we love love it! I love how it has an area for littles & other activities for older kids... I rate this place 3 stars because the staff is unacceptable- the TWO times I've been here within a WEEEK I've been approached by a group of EMPLOYEES asking for my number and one of them harassing me and my sister in law for a follow on his YouTube channel. Idk how dumb this new generation is but it's highly unprofessional to be on the clock harassing grown women with their kids. To top it all of, these are the same little boys who work the zip lines, so after I was harassed the same little boy has to connect me to the lines. Oh to be a kid again... what a wonderful time we had here for our weekly Friday date nights. This place is massive with more than enough room for people to jump around young and old. Be aware that you will have to come with some socks that have grip on the bottom or else you have to purchase them for two dollars. They have an obstacle course that bounces as well as a basketball court that you can feel like LeBron James in a single Leap. The fee to get in is $12 in the evening time for everyone children included. They're right next to chillers froyo shop that is actually joined to the bounce house so my assumption is that it's the same owner. Definitely had a lot of fun the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I wish they would do a better job policing the kids as they almost ran into our daughter a couple of times. DON't WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Went to this place from out of town while visiting a friend who lives here. We had two 6 year olds, an 11 year old, & a 3 year old. My friend & I were sitting on the steps near the main jump area trying to watch our young kids. We were harassed by the young employees & told we couldn't sit on the mat near our kids even though several other moms were sitting there. My friends child who is 6 & quite tall for his age was told he couldn't go into the small climb area for the young kids even though several others that were taller were already in there. They kept harassing my friend about moving where we could see our kids. My friend then approached the supposed owner who told her not to worry about the employees but they none the less kept harassing her. The owner never called off his employees to leave us alone.
