We rented the LOL surprise dolls bounce house for the day (at an extremely reasonable price) and did all the transactions online. A few days before the party, I realized that I didn't have enough tables and chairs to host the party outside. Lucky for me, go bounce house rentals also rents out chairs and tables (also at a super fair price) and I was able to get enough tables and chairs to accommodate all our guests. Horrible Experience - Staff Member Actively Intimidating Children…read more We had a terrible experience with this bounce house company at the Tamarack event. An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.
