We blew it up and just as the party started, it began to rain. No problem to use the moonwalk if it did not have holes in the "roof" and the bouncy floor was quickly filled with pools of water. I called the company on Monday and asked for my money back because we could not use the Moonwalk. Amy, the owner told me she would send me a refund. My husband had unfortunately paid with a check . I have continued to call this company now on principle and for months, Amy always had an "excuse" why she could n't either pay me or talk to me right then. Now when she sees my number, she doesn't even answer! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
