DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will NEVER use this business again!! The customer service is horrible. I reserved my fun jump for 2:00 PM and they promised it would be set up before then. It didn't get delivered until 2:30! I tried calling several times and got the complete run around. I was told three times my phone call would be returned within 10 minutes and didn't hear back either time; I had to keep calling them. I left several voicemails after that and they all went unreturned. I was told my spacewalk was running late and that it would be there around 2 but wouldn't be set yo until after then. The delivery guy called at 1:45 saying that he was just now picking it up. I ordered a fun jump, snowball machine with all the fixings for up to 25 people, a 10ft table and 6 chairs. The snowball machine only came win syrup. I had to use the cups I had bought for drinks which resulted in me running out of cups. My "10ft table" was a 5 foot table and the flimsiest chairs I've ever seen. The owners are jokes. They don't return phone calls. The delivery guy told me they don't have 10 foot tables or cups for snow-cones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The next day I spoke with the owner regarding my issues. He and his wife were extremely rude and unprofessional. They called me a liar and said that I was a "shitty person" for leaving them a bad review. He told me that nobody would ever rent a spacewalk to me again. He acknowledged that I did not get what I paid for and the service was bad. He told me that after I left a bad review he didn't even want to talk to me. I spoke with two other people after this that did not have anything to good to say about this company. read more

Bouncing Buddies really knows how to take care of their customers. To start with they have the largest selection of inflatables in Acadiana. The staff is very friendly and professional. Not just the men who delivered but the lady who I spoke with over the phone was very attentive and made sure all aspects of the order were covered. Delivery was on time and so was pick up. I recommend Bouncing Buddies to everyone I know! We will only order from them now on. *I came back to note my profile for some odd reason says I am in California. No I am in Youngsville, LA. Best Fun Jump Company Ever!! - Customer Service A+, from the call in to the delivery call. THEY work with you!! Most companies do not offer anything in case the rain or the weather does not corporate (which was my fear for having it done in January) and they offered a "rain check" towards another day for the FULL amount of what I paid. Brooke (at the office) helped me select the type of bouncy I needed for the party and age group I was having. SOOOO HELPFUL! Since this is the first time I ever rented one. The staff walked me through the booking process and recommended jumps based on my needs and interests, something I really appreciated. I didn't even realize what a wide variety of items they offer! Fast, friendly service! Slide was delivered early and we were allowed to keep it overnight, as part of a special they were running. We paid for 4 hours, and kept it for 24! Delivery crew was professional ans on time! We've rented several times over the years and have never had a complaint! read more
