I rented one of their inflatable games - batter up baseball game to be exact. The thing was huge and loads of fun! Delivery and pick-up were flawless. I received a reminder of the pick-up the day before, called them in the AM to discuss deliver schedule and they were very mindful of it. On the day of the event, they texted me when they were 10-15 mins before their delivery to make sure all was good on my end. Unfortunately, it was a little rainy and kids weren't as interested in playing outside. Still super fun though to have that game to keep things fun. Pick-up was done during the time frame we requested. They do not charge for pick-up or delivery if you are in Baton Rouge. All was great and they come highly recommended. We rented the Frozen 5 in 1 combo bouncer, which was really beautiful, this past weekend for my daughter's 5th birthday party. She was so delighted to see Elsa and all of the Frozen crew right in her backyard. The kids had such a blast in it that we barely saw them during the party. Then, after the kids started to leave, the grown-ups had just as much fun! They delivered the bouncer around 9 AM even though the party wasn't until 1 PM. I think they must have picked it up around 8 PM that night so we definitely got our money worth out of it. The people who delivered it were so sweet and it took maybe 15 min to set it up. We paid them in cash once they set it up. The delivery is free, at least where we live it was. And we got a $15 discount because we were repeat customers. We rented the same model bouncer last year except it had all the Disney princesses on it. It was so beautiful as far as bouncers go. I thought that since we had the same model last year as this year the kids may be a bit bored with it but they definitely were not. We had the same wonderful experience with them last year. I was charged the same price for the tiniest jumper that I have ever seen as a jumper ten times that size. The table and chairs that I received were FILTHY. One of the chairs had mold in it. The worker saw that they were dirty and said that I should call the owner. I called the owner, and he stated that the young men were STUPID and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. read more

Fantastic company. I was able to rent a bounce house 1 day before a last minute event. Jerry was very friendly and helpful when explaining rates, delivery/pick up times, extra hours, etc. The gentlemen responsible for delivery and pick up were quick and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery took all of maybe 5 minutes. The bounce house was in incredible condition. They clearly take good care of their equipment.
