The staff in here always look well presented in a blue uniform and there is always staff around to help you if you have any problems or can't find what you are looking for. During seasonal times there will be queues; how-ever the tills always have staff on which makes the queues go down very quickly. Some of the cards in here can be very pricey so I would advise to check prices before you go to pay at the till. This is a great store with a great range of products.

They have a huge selection of notebooks, loose paper, pens, fancy mechanical pencils, art supplies, day planners, journals...everything to do with paper. From the moment we stepped inside the shop we felt relaxed and at ease (especially after a negative experience elsewhere). The fact that we had an area to ourselves and a welcoming drink made us all feel at home and individual. Sally looked after us so well and we all felt her passion for her job. She took time to listen to what Sam's likes and dislikes where which wasn't easy as my daughter hates fuss and attention. She chatted away to all of us, listening to the wedding plans and how they had met, which was lovely. Sally picked out a dress which my daughter would not have originally thought of but when she put it on we all knew 'this was the one'. As a mum I felt Sally was like an old friend and we could be honest with her. Up until now I had not been emotional... but let's just say we owe you a box of tissues!! After trying a few others, just to be sure Sam tried THE dress on again, I am biased of course but she looked amazing in it. When I turned up to my appointment with my Mum, Sister and Best friend I was a nervous wreck! From the moment I walked though the door I was greeted with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. I really wish I could remember the name of the wonderful lady who helped me. She was really understanding and got to grips with what I wanted quickly. She asked me what sort of wedding I was having and asked me a little about myself and what ideas I had before I arrived. We then went downstairs to look at certain designers she felt encompassed my requirements. We picked 4 presses together then she picked a 'wild card'. Once back upstairs I tried on all the dresses and found 'The One' in dress 2! It was funny as the dress I chose was the dress I thought I would like the least. The ladies commented that if they had a pound for every time they heard that! I don't want to give it all away but I wanted to explain that last bit because I thought it was just so stress free and completely took the anxiety of being faced with so many dresses away. The sales advisor clearly knew each individual dress so only pulled out dresses she knew I would like. It was just a really professional and fun experience. I just want to say thank you to Isabella Grace for making the experience so special and a day I wont forget, I just cant wait to put my dress on again!

Well allow me to help..... Stop, .....here and now....! Your big day is going to be stressful and there is an unbelievable amount to do... its easy getting 80% of the way there, the last 20% is a nightmare.... That's the 20% that you as the bride and groom need to focus on, leave the rest to the professionals. Sarah and I had decided to have separate companies covering marquee, caterer, loos etc., but by chance we heard about Superevent, so came to see them....after 20 minutes with Tony and Chrystelle, we decided to give them the whole event as they put us at such ease that it was the easiest decision of the whole wedding. Added to which, the tasting event that they put on is for you to sample the many different food courses and see what the marquee will look like, is absolutely fantastic and should not be missed. When they say the food that you taste there is what you are going to get.... That is the truth, our food was not only amazing, it looked, was presented and tasted fabulous, it was hot and there was plenty of it. Everyone we spoke to stated that it was the best outside catering they had experienced. Our chef, Richard and Steve as the event controller, were both the essence of professional, every whim catered for and ever special dietary need accommodated, as well as both having a wonderful sense of humour. There was nothing more they could have done to make their part of the event go any better. Bullet points from me to you. 1. Use SuperEvent for your wedding.....Chrystelle is the epitome of event organisation, you will see this as soon as you start dealing with her, she knows what you want before you do, and handles Tony incredibly well. ( He is a bit nuts...) 2. Listen to Tony's recommendations, he has done it before.... Every recommendation he gave that we took, worked out for the best. 3. Beware the mini burgers as a canapé, the red relish squirts out....! 4. In the middle of the event....... Stop and both of you wander out to a corner of the marquee and have a look at all the friends and family that you have there for you.... It's a fantastic scene. I cannot stress how professional, knowledgeable and accommodating they all are, but also they have a great sense of humour yet their feet are firmly on the ground. They probably had 5+ events happening the same weekend as my wedding and you would never have known. They made me feel like the only customer they had. Took a nice but a tad bland private room at the Ginger dog…read more(which was also v good) and really made it special and completely changed the look and feel. Was very low stress: just chatted for a bit to make sure we were on the same page and then left Sara to get on with it. We rocked up and were so chuffed. Even nabbed the deccys for our office after. it made a big difference. totally recommended.
