We had just moved to NE Washington; living quite away from a major city. We didn't think we'd find a decent deal on a mattress set, but were pleasantly surprised. The mattress we wanted wasn't in stock, but another one, close to it, was and Abby made us a terrific deal on it. Not only were we able to get a mattress set, but we found a great deal on living room furniture as well. All were delivered within a couple days to our home 40 miles away. I have made 3 seperate purchases with delivery 45 mins out of colville. Each purchase and delivery has been seamless. Recently I had a medical issue, I won't go into details, but Saundra's went above and beyond to accommodate me and for that I am appreciative and supporting local paid dividends. The sales staff always is very knowledgeable and helpful, I've always had the same two delivery drivers, very polite , professional, on time, assemble the furniture, and don't leave a mess. Staff is nice, delivery folks are great, owner was pleasant, but to charge $250 restocking fee when a bed was in house under 24 hours is a bit much! I exchanged for a different mattress with and was told owner would call and put a rush on it. The rush is perhaps two to three weeks. Needing a bed before that I am eating the "restock fee" chalking it up to a bad night on a motel bed which has happened.

Worst place ever for beds. I was looking around the city area for a new bed when i came across…read morekootenai moon. I was walking around inside looking for someone that worked there that could help me out but when I tried asking for help it was like they didn't even notice me. Then as I'm waiting around i see there delivery truck drop a package off, when i looked at the package they were getting it was all smashed up and duck tape around it holding the box together. A woman came out from the back of the place and i found out it was the boss. I asked her if i could get some help but she had a rude look on her face and with a grunt tone said: SIR WAIT! At that point one of the workers went over to the delivery man to sign for the package. As he was about to sign again the boss woman with a grunting voice said to the worker: DONT YOU DARE SIGN THAT BEFORE I LOOK AT IT. At this point I decided to leave and buy my bed out of another place in town.
