It took me a month to get an appointment. When I finally got in, the first hygienist was extremely…read morenice and helpful. She made me a second appointment for the following Tuesday at 3pm. On the following Monday, I received a phone call from the office saying that they needed to reschedule to a morning later in the week. I told them that was an inconvenience for me bc I work and the woman said they were sorry but it couldn't be done. She said the dentist had a family issue to attend. I said it was unacceptable and asked her to talk to the dentist and get back to me. When they got back to me, I was told that the dentist needs to leave every day that week early (around 11-12) so that she can go to her children's sports games. And so I had to change my appointment. Begrudgingly, I changed my appointment to Wednesday and Thursday of that week at 10 AM. When I arrived that Wednesday, the dentist said she would not do any work on me because my blood pressure was too high. So I left and went to urgent care. I planned on going back the next day for the following appointment, because I had been given a diuretic to relieve fluid at urgent care and I should be fine, but the next day I called and told them I wasn't going to make it And asked if I could come an hour or so later. The woman named Kim was extremely nasty with me and told me that because I missed my appointment that I could not get another appointment for a month. I told her that she was being nasty to me and she was providing terrible customer service with an attitude. I asked her how it was so easy to schedule me appointments in the same week earlier when THEY rescheduled me on Monday but now I had to wait a month. She asked me who I thought I was and I told her "I am the customer"... she told me I needed to find another dentist and I told her that was unacceptable because they had already began using my insurance. She set me a new appointment for a month out with a terrible attitude. The appointment was confirmed by phone and e-mail later in the week. That was last week. I just received a letter in the mail stating that due to a "difference in dental care philosophy" that they would no longer be treating me. I would advise you to not go to this dentist. The dentist's name is Leigh Walker & it seems she wants to be out of the office early every day and they aren't even open on Fridays. The miserable woman with the terrible attitude behind the desk, her name is Kim and I don't know if she was having a bad day but I hope her life gets better. Overall I'd give them no stars if I could.

He told me he would have everything completed before Christmas. The first thing that I noticed about Dr. Culpepper and all his associates was the energy/cohesion that they shared throughout the dental clinic. Dr. Culpepper never rushed and consistently checked to make sure that I did not have any discomfort. I am no longer in pain from my teeth because of Dr Culpepper. From his chair side manner to his dental procedures, his professionalism is spot. I highly recommend using Harris Dental/Dr Culpepper as your dentist if you want the best dentist possible. I give Dr. Culpepper a 10 star Rating.

I was visiting here from California and my bottom row bracket on my very last tooth in the back (yes the one that holds in the end of the wire) detached from my tooth! That is NOT a good thing to happen on a Friday night in Laurel, MS! There are NO orthodontists open on Saturdays anywhere remotely near here! I could barely eat all the good food for my husband's family reunion all weekend long with a wire flapping around with a bracket on it. I called these folks Monday morning and they were able to squeeze me in at 10:30am. They clipped my wire and put a new O ring and I was in and out in less than 10 mins! No charge! They saved the day! Thank you!! Yummy Southern food...look out...here I come!
