She completed both…read moreher driver's ed and behind-the-wheel lessons with him, and passed her driving test on her first try, which she truly could not have done without his guidance. As a parent, I am incredibly proud of her and so grateful for the confidence and skills Franco helped her build. Franco taught her clearly and thoroughly, and she follows the advice and rules he gave her every time she drives. He is extremely knowledgeable about traffic laws (as a former police officer), very patient, and takes the time to make sure students truly understand the rules of the road--not just memorize them. I highly recommend Franco and Libertini Driving School to any parent looking for a professional, patient, and trustworthy instructor for their child.

Called the office manager of the different Salt Lake City locations, Brian, to offer feedback after…read moremy first and only driving lesson through this school. He was repeatedly impatient and cutting me off, becoming increasingly hostile and verbally abusive. Said I was talking "like an idiot", insisted I "get to the point" very early on, and insisted that I should have called with feedback more immediately repeatedly, though I articulated why I didn't call back right away. And it was only 2 weeks later. The Holladay instructor, Ron I believe his name is, was not communicative and I didn't feel safe while on the road. But Brian was temperamental, hostile, and made the whole experience much more painful, with personal insults to boot. I never called him any name, and to be told in a loud voice that you are "like an idiot" is never a good experience. I advise anyone to look to other driving schools.

He took the class in July and still is waiting for drive times. They said the end of September it usually gets less busy, but his permit expires At the end of September.
