Not somebody I would ever hire again especially with his expertise or knowledge. I understand lawyers cannot promise anything but I didn't feel very comfortable in his hands while representing me. I asked him to do many things throughout my court case of which he never replied or got back too. Definitely lackadaisical in his job efforts.

Malicious liars with intent to do harm should not be allowed to practice law. May 23, 2022, What…read moreStephen Bloomquest did to me was malicious. This man lied to get me into the courtroom so my spouse and my spouses daughter, could give a total fabricated testimony that I abused my spouse, when in fact, my spouse abused me. two back to back cases on this morning Cody Villalon represented me in the first case. Villalon and Bloomquest bothe agreed to drop this case . The second case was to immediately follow regarding a protective order I had on my spouse and my spouse had on me. Stephen Bloomquest told my lawyer, Cody Villalon that if I dropped my protective order on my spouse that my spouse would drop her protective order on me, so that we could have an amicable divorce. Cody Villalon walked over to me, Tori Zicker my then divorce attorney, my son/witness, a co-worker/witness, and a co-worker/friend and told us that Stephen Bloomquest informed him/Villalon that if I dropped my protective order on my spouse that my spouse would drop her protective order on me. We all witness Cody Villalon informing us what Stephen Bloomquest had told him. Cody Villalon, then walks back over to Mr. Bloomquest to inform him that I agreed to dop my protective order. As soon as Cody leaves, I am called into the courtroom for the protective order my spouse had on me. I didn't know why at the time. After all, I was told if I dropped mine, she would drop hers. My, then, divorce attorney, Tori Zicker allowed my co-worker /witness into the courtroom as well, so it appeared to me that she even assumed that both protective orders were dropped. But my spouse did not drop her protective order on me after Bloomquest said she would . And there I was having a trial that should have never happened. I should have never been escorted into that courtroom. This man has no integrity and should lose his license to practice law. The result of Stephen Bloomquest lying tactic to get me into that courtroom was detrimental to me. Stephen Bloomquest not only question me about the protective order, but he also questioned me on the case that he and Cody Villalon had just dropped. I recently spoke to Cody Villalon back in February of this year and Cody told me that he would have never left my side if he had of known what Mr. Bloomquest was going to do to me. Now, going through a divorce, still, Stephen Bloomquest actions over two years ago, may cause me a detrimental divorce outcome.
