We have been regarded as exceptionally good host family and worked hard to make our students visit here a positive one. We have been treated with nothing but disregard by both the head of accommodation and the principal himself. How can this academy expect to provide the best service to their students when they clearly don't give a hoot about their host families and who they are...whether good or bad!!
