Whenever If I need to return an item they are interested in the reason without causing any trouble about it the selection is really good and I really don't know what else to say maybe also that due to the size of the store there are often discount offers as the cloth can hang there longer which is quite cool. They don't play the music too loud and you have enough space to walk around without feeling like you are always in the way I like it here!
