I chose this location given its proximity to Paradeplatz area and thus hoping there would be excellent customer service. My suspicions were right, I was served by a very nice lady who was able to give me a variety of choices and ranges of different gift items I could get. There was never any type of push to sell me something nor did she walk away to service another client; which some stores like Louis Vuitton rudely train their associates to do. In the end I swiftly walked out with a nice wallet as a gift for a colleague. So mission accomplished, with many other future gift ideas bestowed!
