I lifted hair and could only see one length so asked for more. She picked up thinning scissors that I had said not to use. I said no and she referred me to her colleague who then gave me the razor cut I originally asked. End product good but of course much shorter than I wanted because of the double cut. Second woman said I should have asked for the razor cut first - which I had. Disappointing. Mother and daughter team. For a clipper cut daughter Kirsty is good but obviously for a more styled look mother Francie the one to go for.
