Being a partial bunny rabbit myself and loving a well-thought-out, balanced salad. My husband had the Asian chicken saté dish, which he enjoyed. We didn't drink wine, but the house wine is good. I have had it in the past. The owner is a sommelier by now, and she has a great palate and vision of paring dishes with a good wine. She has traveled to South Africa and the US in search of interesting wines. One of my favorites is her choice of an English port, it's very yummy: Taylor's in case you read this far and want to know. It is not as sweet as some of the Portuguese ones. This is a good place to eat and enjoy some chill ambience.

Sure, it is basically one of those chain hotels, the ones that I generally don't like staying at, but it was cheap, near the railway station (though I did take the wrong turn initially), and the beds comfy. Okay, they didn't have a bath for my brother, but he was able to deal with it for one night. As I have mentioned though, the staff were really friendly, and spoke multiple languages as well (but then I'm always one to compare which languages that we speak now that I know more than one).

Can be frustrating. Front desk resolved...but why the hassle? About 16€ taxis ride to/from Apeldoorn Train station. 10 mins. Train ride to/from Schiphol Airport is 1:10 hours. Taxis driver indicated one of the better hotels in Apeldoorn. Dinner is two seatings. We chose for our dinner to walk instead to downtown, a good 1.5 miles. Notable Attraction: Next to Het Loo Palace, meaning "The Woods Palace", a state museum to be on your visit list.

Clean rooms with stuff not properly working here and there like lights or water flooding the bathroom after shower. A bit noisy. Average bar, ok restaurant. Bars closes at midnight except 2 am on weekends. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere. Sky bar on top of the tower is nice. View on basically nothing. Wi-Fi free all over the property. Slow but ok.
