I've been using my Hario V60 Switch and a course grind setting, by the way. It's a bit of an investment to pay a bit more for Perc beans, but you genuinely get what you pay for in terms of quality. I highly recommend these folks, especially if you lean toward light roasts with naturally sweet flavor profiles.

There's tons of seating from out front, downstairs and an upstairs. The line was literally out the door so that instantly told me this was going to be good. The wait went by pretty fast. I had a breakfast sandwich, a latte and a praline cheesecake. The sandwich was really good, the latte was just muh and kinda lacked flavor for me and the cheesecake was so-so. They do have tons of options, so I would definitely return to try other things. The employees were very friendly and pretty fast. There's street parking and a lot close by.
