Jim, the general manager i believe, was very helpful in letting me know the availability and best time to come for a lane on a holiday Saturday evening. Regina, the operations mgr, was super accommodating in getting us a lane on a busy night. Finally, Natalie was friendly, thorough with our food and beverage orders, and came back to see if anything else was needed. We will definitely be back. read more

Really 3.5 stars . The pricing is great, especially if you come for the unlimited bowling from 9pm to close. It's worth it if you play at least 3 games! So we did that. However we did have a slight wait before we could start bowling which was expected. We looked around and there were a bunch of unused lanes so we went to ask about that and the server told us we could just use any lane so we went to ask the girls at the counter and the girl at the counter was so extremely rude. It was such a turnoff wtf. The server was super nice though. We preferred to order with him instead of using the QR code because the internet is non existent in this place. And to use the WiFi, you had to put in your email, which I didn't want them to have my email. So that was annoying. We got a pizza, which tasted pretty good but was extremely greasy lol! The bowling itself was kind of weird too because all the pins had a string attached to them and that's how they would reset them. Which was crazy because I felt like the strings would sometimes prevent the pins from falling at times, messing up our game. Boo hoo. I do like the retro vibes with the music videos and Space Jam movie but the music was too quiet and they played Space Jam 3 times while we were there! Yikes!!! Lol overall, would maybe come back if it was the cheapest place but probably not otherwise! read more

Later she came out, I told her everything was great, just a little heavy on the salt. I had no intentions of getting anything replaced as we ate most of it already. Perfect place for family fun. Came on a Saturday at 12pm. Check in was fast. Rental shoes in great condition. Food menu selection had a good variety. We ordered the epic wings and fries and pep pizza with pitcher of soda. Our waitress Ada was fast, friendly, and attentive. We came for my husband Christmas party. The owners of my husband's company rented out the private bowling room. It was so fun, I liked that they had a private bar inside of the private bowling room. It made it so convenient so we didn't have to walk to the bar close to the entrance. It was a lot of fun and great experience. They had comfortable seating while waiting for your turn to bowl with a table in the middle. They even had high top bar tables and chairs you could also sit at. My son has been bowling here for many years and the service and food have remained top notch. He is in a wheelchair and the entire facility is level for him. We prefer one lane as he has gotten used to it and has increased his average score by more than 50 pins since starting. The restrooms sometimes aren't serviced but they do have an accessible mens and women's restroom. The staff are great and always greet us when we arrive. And since we are regulars they know what we usually pay for. They have a special right now on the weekends that has the third game for half price. That's about 22.00. Yes there are CB walker places but overall this is a better bowling alley for us to bowl at. And they have large screens so we can watch sports or movies while we bowl. We usually go during the daytime so not sure how the night vibe is but they do have colored lights and good music. We have tried other bowling alleys but this one is our favorite by far. I've seen some other comments about service and yes sometimes they are missing someone so you have to goto the bar to order. We always goto the bar to start as Ada is one of our favorites working there. Fun place to bowl. read more

1 Star -- Extremely Poor Service Our experience at Bowlero Anaheim was very disappointing. During our visit, no server ever came to our lane. I had to approach the bar to request assistance, and even after calling Bowlero directly, no one followed up or came to help. I was informed that menus with QR codes were available, but none were provided at our lane--I had to walk around to other lanes to locate one myself. We had a group of six bowlers and were nearly finished with our first game before anyone even acknowledged us. The lack of service and communication was unacceptable for a business of this type. read more

We did Bowlero's Rock N Bowl package for a birthday party. Their events manager provided me with lots of options and helped me narrow it down to the one that best fit our event. Our package worked out to about $55 per person. The facility is in really good shape overall, with a fun vibe. Our buffet tablecloth was dirty and torn but when we pointed it out, they were quick to change it. Managers were very conscientious and staff was polite. Taylor was the server assigned to our group and she took great care of us. I loved that we had a chance to enjoy both bowling and arcade games (who doesn't love a good game of air hockey!). Food was average for this type of venue. There was a misunderstanding on the menu when I was selecting the package and one of the chefs went above and beyond at no extra cost to provide us with some options for our gluten free guests (pizza with a cauliflower crust and a side of grilled chicken to put on the salad we had ordered). I also appreciate that they let us bring in our own birthday cake - that's classy of them as a business. This Bowlero has the disadvantage of being on the ground level of sleepy Gardenwalk - I don't know when their busy hours are but it was pretty sparse when we were there midday on Saturday. I think it'd be fun when it's packed and lively but it didn't take away from our enjoyment. The groups who were there were good natured. read more

Yes, I gave it five stars. This one's way better than Fullerton. I feel like this has a more grown up vibe. I love the giant size movie theater screens on the bowling lanes. That's awesome. The pizza was delicious. The hot wings were amazing. Service was fast and friendly. You can validate your parking for the parking structure. There's a lot of pool tables. There's plenty of seating this place is very clean. And there's a private room with private bowling lanes. I wonder what that looks like. It looked super cool when I passed by the doors anywho, I recommend people go bowling here. It's really great, especially if you want to kill sometime. They have plenty of beer and mixed cocktails. Each lane has a variety of balls ready for your group. Lanes are nice and well maintained. Tables and chairs behind your lanes In case you have friends who want to hang out but not Bowl. I come here for their $21.99 M-W unlimited bowl nights. The alley is tucked on the ground level closer to the Disney way entrance of the Garden Walk. Love the LED Aquarian walkway leading up to the entrance. The workers have a chill demeanor about them which matches the moderately busy vibe of the alley. The pins are on strings which I feel gets in the way they naturally fall and the lanes seems narrow/longer. They always play top Y2K 40's music which is fun. The balls are preset at each lane and I think u might have to request for a heavier ball beyond 14lbs? They validate parking for 3hrs which is convenient as it allows enough time to wander the shopping center for a bit. The lanes are well kept and booth areas are clean. The bathrooms however are not. It can be maintained better as the trash was overfilled, seat liners and TP wasn't stocked which was strange because it wasn't busy enough for it to be so messy. Also, on my last visit a server didn't come check on us to see if we'd like to order anything. I keep coming back to this place because it's never too much trouble getting a lane any day of the week, service is alright, and overall an enjoyable cosmic bowling experience. It's A great spot for families needed a break from the park and local families as well. read more

The bar tender was in a bad mood and was rushing us to order said he was done all annoyed 30 mins before closing like it was a night club... we only had one drink so we're not being crazy we simply went up and asked.... I just threw a birthday party for my daughter here and we had the most amazing time. The package provided plenty of food. The place was fun for kids and adults as there was also an arcade that the kids really loved. The dining area behind the lanes was decorated for the party. Hi I was enjoying my time with family, my son really wanted the Sonic teddy bear that was in the claw machine. I had my husband asked management and they said they couldn't open the door. Finally after a while I asked again the lady at the front and she really did an awesome job helping out. Finally manager came in and helped by opening the door, for the claw machine, but instead on helping he stuck the Sonic in the center. We tried and tried and couldn't get it. I would just appreciate a little help when asked by manager a head of time after spending so much trying to make a dream come true for our son. He is only 3 and really loves Sonic and it was the only toy in the box. If I could give a big ZERO, I would, their employee Christopher, is by far one of the worst employees I have had the displeasure of dealing with. We had a group of 10, asked for an extra pitcher of water, he looked and said you already have 2 (1st red flag) then he took away a plate that still had food in it which clearly wasn't finished (2nd red flag) then to top it all of he decided to completely ignore the call that I was trying to settle my tab at the bar. His coworker called him over the radio (I was standing right in front of her), and he walked away, heading in the opposite direction. Someone in our group was near the area where he was walking to, then when he heard the call the 2nd time, she saw him scoff as if we were imposing on his time. He needs to learn some customer service skills at the bare minimum. I have visited this location plenty of times and have not had an issue like this. If you visit this location, ask for a different server. read more

It was my first time here with my parents and we got to enjoy playing pool that charges by the hour. We got 2 games in before we decided to start bowling. They have a menu with a QR code to put your order in, although I would suggest to go straight to the bar and order. I place an order before beginning our bowling match and we finished our game without ever receiving our drink or having someone come by and check our ID's. I felt like the QR code was pointless at that time and was trying to figure out how their system worked for attending people. Bowlero Anaheim we visited 12/3/23 and had a party at 3p , let me start off with the staff, the staff were amazing Jay with the dreads (event manager) was awesome extremely helpful, tentative, and just cool plain and simple, our event associate I can't really remember her name and I feel bad because she said it twice lol but Goth swag Latina chick also super awesome we never ran dry with anything and she was always there to assist with anything we needed all together the staff were great people with great vibes. The bowling alley was extremely clean, and the arcade was full of working games lol as a parent you know the feeling of going somewhere and every game your child wants is out of service. The food was amazing especially the chicken tenders so if you're throwing an event go with the tenders! Believe me you can't go wrong also while I was planning my event I had a screw up so shout out to Michaela S. (Bowelero Customer Service Rep.) with the assistance this place is highly recommended and we'll definitely be visiting again we usually go with Cal Bowl in Lakewood which also is a great place but the vibe at Bowlero is unbeatable.
