I have been wanting to review this small business for some time but I have been avoiding it for the 2 reasons I gave it 3 stars. First, upon entry is a whiteboard filled with the rabid politics of the owner. He can do what he wants in his store BUT he is also doing business under the auspices of the US Postal Service. So frankly when I go to mail a package I dont care to be confronted on entry with fanatical political rants. The second problem I have is requiring a credit card use fee when I am conducting US Postal Service business. Every post office allows credit card use without fee. This guy is making money off the postal transactions of customers. I can see it if I am buying a flag, a box or a key chain, but NOT for my transactions with the US Government Post Office. Aside from these two affronteries, which I consider pretty aggregious, the store is clean, well maintained, has a variety of small gift items for sale and plenty of flags, including Ukraine apparently which another customer was buying recently. They charge for use of tape but use of pens to fill out forms is free. They offer a service where they will come out to your car if you prefer for some reason like heavy boxes or small kids. I just feel strongly that a business thriving on the business of the US Postal Service should adopt their customer service policies as well as keep the emotional political diatribes to non business entities. read more
