All in all very bad service and we will be buying something different.

June/2017. Randy, brought my childs vehicle in for S.g.i…read more claim. Dealt with kavia on behalf of my child, told them from outset that anything less than perfect was not acceptable. They agreed. Was not done on time schedule agreed upon, fenders and hood were misaligned a rookie mistake. Paint began peeling on valance 6 months later. Third party mechanical repair which Kavia chose, attempted to overcharge on bill. After agreeing to fixed cost prior to work being done, then Kavia attempted to charge for nearly double the cost for a standard procedure. After complaining the second charge was removed. Not covered by s g.i., insurers are corrupt. Vehicle wasn't cleaned inside or outside. Would not recommend this shop to repair anything with wheels. Thank you.

However, significantly less then 5 of the quotes I received. The service is always above par with Adesa. As with any good sales. They promised to have it done in one day, but instead; had it completed in under 5 hours. Excellent Service.

This second time was during the Covid pandemic, with reduced hours I was told my vehicle wouldn't be ready before Monday after having it towed to them 11am Friday. Instead it was diagnosed, repaired and available for pick up by 1:30pm the same day. Every repair or part replacement that they have done for me has been explained in a way I understand even with limited vehicle knowledge, which has made me feel confident that I am not being overcharged or replacing unnecessary parts.

I made my first highway trip at the end of August just to get to Calgary and find out that as suspected I indeed still had a leak! Had to get my headcover & gasket changed! They would take no responsibility for not doing a better job! They let motor idle in shop but never took it out for a test drive to get up to highway speeds nor rmps! Had they done so I believe they might have found the leak!

They said they'd call me to book an appointment to look into it but never called back. They improperly re-attached the gear shift lever and it failed about a year after the clutch replacement. Had to take it to a different mechanic to get it properly attached... I'll never ever go back to Steven's Auto Repair!!!!!!!!
