He wanted to justify his charge by talking about a holiday weekend. However the Labor Day holiday was on 9-7-26 and he went to the property on 9-3-26. Then he claimed additional charge due to the time of day that he went there. The property was open during business hours and he walked right in and did the unplugging of the water cooler and turning off the water before closing time. I would warn people to avoid using Bell Plumbing.

I contacted Stone's Plumbing, who said he would arrive between 10 and 11 am on Thursday. Twenty minutes before 10, he called to reschedule for the next morning between 10 and 11. When Friday arrived, I had to text Stone's Plumbing around 11:15 to confirm if he was still coming. He called me and said he couldn't make it and would reschedule for the next morning. I then called Mr. Rooter again, who had referred me to Panky. Panky assured me he would be able to get my drainage working that day. He understood the inconvenience of our situation as a family of 5. By 5pm, Panky had my septic tank pumped, and my house was draining properly. He helped explain how the septic system works and made sure we had proper drainage before he left. I am very grateful for him and his partner coming out and helping us. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues or need a pump in the future.

Dylan called first thing in the morning, upon his arrival diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, went to his truck for a part, and had the repair completed five minutes later! WOW! The cost for the service call and repair was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Zuercher should I have any future issue. My experience with Zuercher has also started me thinking about ways to improve the 30+ year old lighting in my home, and I will be calling them in the near future to tackle that project!
