I have always bought my deli meats here and whatever other incidentals I need. However yesterday I went and I purchased 10 slices of turkey, 10 slices or roast beef, 2 packages of crackers, a can of beans and a 100 gram package of beef bacon. The total was 83 lira! I thought this has to be a mistake but my Turkish is poor so I had my husband call from home. No receipt was offered by the way. Aside from the crackers being outlandishly overpriced, the beef bacon it turns out was over 25 lira. At macro center (costly as it is) the price is 14.90. I like the butcher at Milano, he's a helpful guy. But I can no longer continue to shop at a place that blatantly rips off it's customers.
