For starters when I asked about how long it would take I was told "15-20 minutes" which turned into about an hour. During that hour I witnessed unprofessionalism and disrespect. The person who washed my car had changed my radio while moving my vehicle and mind you they spent more time changing the radio than actually moving my car. When I asked them about it they laughed it off. Also while moving my car the owner ran over one of the cones and did not apologize. When I confronted him about it he was unapologetic and made it seem like he did nothing wrong stating "a cone won't do any damage, do you think I'll damage your car on purpose". Lastly the person detailing my car told me that the rubber weather stripping "came off" and he did not touch it... luckily I was able to pop it back into place but I'm sure it doesn't just do that one day out the blue. All in all, this was a bad experience. The car wash and detailing would've been worth the $35 but given the experience, I should have just did this myself.

This was the only place I could find on short notice. First I called Take 5, got the $10 off coupon and went to the nearest garage they said was open. Well it was actually closed down permanently and posted an alternate garage. Instead I went to the Lafayette garage - big mistake. I arrived 1 hr after they were supposed to be open (8am) and Bryan was still waiting for someone else to show up so he could open. So I waited there too for at least 30 minutes and I guess Michael showed up on short notice to help out which was great but I had been waiting too. So instead of $10 off the 84.99 price, they took the $10 off after the full price + taxes and then added a $4.99 shop service fee. So instead of a good/fair price, especially after the inconvenience they tacked on a $5 service fee. And then Michael just gives a discount to the lady customer next to me just because she heard me talking about it. I even had to tell Michael to reset my maintenance light in the car, really??? I called to complain but they refused to remove the fee and corporate take5 never returned my calls. Poor customer service! Don't come here if you're looking for a quick oil change at a fair price. Even if they inconvenience you they will find a way to gouge you. Stay away!
