Like it when you don't know the price of the items your about to purchase?! Well your in luck cause this place has zero advertised prices, no a single one. They can literally make up a price on every single item and you would know anything about it!!! I don't like it when you use car washes and there's a guy outside of it with towels to dry off your car. That's why I just spent $8 on a car wash, which included a great blow dry. That is all. read more

Everything was always ok here until last week my card information got stolen using the outside pumps. Pay with cash only or avoid.

This location has a bunch of ignorant employee and the manager / owner is a jackass as well. I try not to ever stop at this place to get gas but I have 2 times over the last 2 year and it's always something. The car wash is an absolute joke as well. Use the jet Brite car wash down the street as its wayyyyyy better and cheaper . read more

I would give the BP 5 stars but what really makes me angry is that they give you a lower gas price when you purchase a car wash. That's if the car wash option EVER is available when filling up. What is the absolute worse thou that happens almost every time is when you have a car wash code and you go to use it and the damn thing is never in service! I mean NEVER!!!! WTF! read more

I told the manager I would never do business with them again. I couldn't find my receipt with the car was code and asked if they could just give me a new code. His answer to me was he'd have to look it up. What date and time was in the store. It's like he didn't beleive me. I was totally insulted. I found the reciept but I don't have the balls to go in there and show him. What a Jerk read more

Worst service ever. I punched in my code for the car wash, it told me to drive in so I did. The red light came on for me to stop and all the power went off. I called the store to find out what to do and the lady said hang on. After talking to another customer she told me to come inside. Before I could ask her if it was safe to drive forward she hung up. I came inside, waited in line for my turn. I told her again what had happened and she wanted to walk outside with me to show her what I did. There were a few customers in the store and I asked her to just refund my payment. She said she couldn't refund me because I didn't pay with cash... What? I had an appointment in 15 minutes so I just left. This was an $8 lesson to never come to this establishment again. I usually fill up my car here and get a car wash once a week and I am a rewards member which is a shame. Good news is there is a brand new Shell right down the road... read more

CROOKS in the BP station at 136 S Gary, Bloomingdale, IL. They advertise $.10 discount per gallon with a car wash but NO DISCOUNT GIVEN. I spoke to the the clerk but that did not change anything. Stay away. read more

DO NOT USE CAR WASH! I purchased gas for my new white SUV and decided why not get a car wash while I was here? I enter the code and it kept saying it was invalid. I press the help button and the lady instructs me to go inside. She gives me a new code and I went through the car wash without a problem. Until I parked my car next to the vacuum and found something greasy that appeared to be oil or some kind of lubricant, sprayed on the entire drivers side and trunk of my SUV. When I confronted the clerk she said she couldn't give me a refund because she already gave me a new code. Huh? I asked to speak to the manager and she quickly makes a phone call. She hands me the phone and the manager said he doesn't have oil in his car wash and whatever is on my car was already there. Really? My car is 5 minutes old and while I was pumping gas there wasn't oil on the entire side panel of my car. I think I would have noticed if it was there. So, no refund and I had to go pay $12 more somewhere else to get the grease off of my car. Thanks for denying me my refund BP. All you had to do was give me my refund and I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review. Horrible customer service. read more

my son wanted the new world of warcraft cups and the guy was nice enough to give me all 4 for $1, instead of paying the 1.99+tax per cup that you would normally spend if you got a drink. i like that its on the corner of north and gary too. i usually go here when i go to the bark park. read more
