The car didn't make it to LCHS and back it was overheating. I called and was told to bring it back. When I pulled up to the place the oil change employees was pointing because it was something hanging loose from under my car. Marcus asked me to sit in the lobby so they could check it out. He had me sit there for hours with my child toddler and all. Didn't even offer me a ride home and I live across the street. I left a more detailed review of the situation in my previous review. After the review Bill reached out to me and said my review is killing his business and that he would replace my motor in my car on him. If I took it down. I called him back and asked him to write me a contract I recorded him on my other phone of him saying just give him some time. That was in December. I have not heard anything from him or anyone else at Basha. I lost my job and I've been in a rental since December 4, 2025 wasting thousands of dollars because my main car was also down. I've almost lost my home and I had to give my car back due to me not being able to afford the payments for a car that was not working. And pay for a rental to be able to provide for my family. I'm in a serious amount of debt and at risk of being homeless due to their negligence in handling my car repairs correctly the first time around. They robbed a loyal customer and has caused me to experience several financial hardships. I will be seeking legal action for reimbursement of rental car fees, pain and suffering, and lost wages. I gave this man 6 months and 11 days to fix my vehicle. I went back today and said what's going on with my car? It's still sitting in the same spot from six months ago. He told me I have to buy the motor and stuff now. This is after having valve gaskets and stuff replaced by his employee by the name of Marcus. I tried extending grace to Bil because he was experiencing his own problems with his mother being sick in another country and I thought I could trust him. In my past experiences he's never lied to me. But this has just been one lie after another. I posted the Google review he reached out to me we talked he said he'd send me the videos. FYI iPhones record the date and time the original pic/video was taken. He told me December 4, 2025 he had to get it from across the street. After waiting a few hours and not recieving a call back at 12:28pm and noticed my car was full of snow and looked like it had been sitting there for weeks. I recorded a video and everything. I get the video from Bil and it has a date stamped to it of November 28, 2025 at 4:43pm. When I tell Bil that he tells me on the recording they pushed it. That would be impossible the car windows had snow on them still. I've been holding on to these court papers but I'll be filing them in court tomorrow. I'm a single mother of two my kids didn't have a Christmas, we're on the verge of being homeless. While his business continues to thrive. Take it from me don't take your car there! You will be ripped off and lied to! This place is supposed to be better business bureau accredited. But don't waste your time they won't respond. Save yourself the headache and financial burden! She was very pleasant with a smile and knew her job, by asking me if I was a loyalty Kroger member and if I wanted to cash in points which I said yes. I gave her my cell phone with my Key Ring app already opened since I am organized ahead to scan it and verified the $0.50 credit off the price. She also thanked me and said have a nice day. That was great to hear at 3:25 in the afternoon after a long morning visiting with my Mom . This location area is busy on 13 Mile Road, across the street from Meijer store/ gas and from Speedway gas. All 3 fuel stations seem to be competitive with their prices or today they were All the same ! I'm glad they finally put up a new Kroger Fuel station here to assist customers after shopping for food. One can get back on the freeway and be on their way when needing gas or shopping. There are 12 digital pumps at the station so many Vehicles can stop to purchase gas, hot or cold beverages, snacks and even automotive supplies inside this little Fuel Center building. Outside the building is an Arctic Ice cooler chest selling bag ice for $1.99 per bag. And A blue rhino propane tank area is available at 19.99 The parking lot is rather small so it would be kind of tight to bring in a rig to fuel up for diesel and maneuver through the parking lot and exit. The Kroger gas location on Gratiot near 13 Mile Road is much bigger to accommodate semi trucks. FYI I noticed on my receipt that the phone number for this Kroger Fuel #74 is different than listed out on Yelp, so I did send Yelp team a comment message that the phone number is either incorrect or needs to be changed.
