Now, I come to this RaceTrac in the mornings when I'm in the area. And almost ALWAYS around 4:15…read moream-5am the store is close. One morning I caught the store just before the young lady decided to lock the door. I asked why, she stated that she's the only employee there and she can't man the whole store by herself and check the inventory when the truck comes in. I asked where is the store manager and does that person suppose to be here. She stated yes and she had been calling for someone to come help. Mine you, this location is down from the Gwinnett county jail. Now when people are release they tend to wait around QuikTrip which is closer to the jail or walk down to RaceTrac. Quiktrip seems to always have plenty of staff, I'll say 5 times out 10 it's more than 1 person manning the store. And they always have a police there. But RaceTrac the staff is left alone with 2 doors to watch. And it's always a women who's working by herself. Come on RaceTrac Corporation you have to do better with staffing your store and I want don't want to hear that this location is slow. Heck, if it was open like it suppose to be it wouldn't be slow. I deleted my app because of this and because they changed the reward point scale. But when it is open the staff is always great and store is clean.

The thing that grabbed me was the pizza advertisement they had outside on the building. So I said cool, I can go grab me some cheap eats before I head to my appointment which was 20 minutes later. The Store: I haven't been inside of a Race Trac in years. I forgot how big the store was as well as a large variety of things within the store. It took me about 20 seconds to find where the pizza was. So, I found my way to the pizza. The Pizza: Now, depending on when you go, and you catch it at the right time when it's in the warmer, you will pretty much find some really good pizza. They had different kinds but I mostly opt for anything near a supreme that I can get. I think I may have missed it by 30 minutes, but it was nearly still a full pizza before I got to it. I must admit, it was pretty damn good!! So basically, I bought 2 slices of close to supreme as I could find and a small fountain drink coke which came up to $3.70. How can I lose on that deal?? So now, since I know the quality of their pizza and need some cheap eats one day, I'll visit Race Trac more often. The key is, getting there when the pizza comes out fresh!!

She rudely rolled her eyes and rudely said that I told him to fix it. I said so no apologies for me almost falling and hurting myself? She said to the next customer in line is this all for you. She was very dismissive and rude. When I went outside to take pictures she went to the pump next to where I was and the young man came to put something over the spill. I said thank you and I see she's not going to apologize with her rude attitude and behavior. She then came over to my car talking about she's a grown woman and I had to step back into my car to ask her what she was planning on doing. She then said I tried to flip things on her when I came into the store respectfully and I returned her rude energy back on her. Why not say you are the manager when you first heard me ask? Why not immediately apologize to the customer who almost fell because you didn't have your staff cleaning the pump areas? Why roll your eyes and then become the victim when the customer responds to your attitude? Then act like I inconvenience her when her pump areas are nasty and full of gas on the ground. 3359 hwy 317 Suwanee I will never come back there because the manager got me out of character with her rudeness and dismissive attitude. My intentions was to make them aware of what happened and could be worse for the next customer but I had to defend myself against a manager who wouldn't identify herself in the first place.

Raceway seems like the unpopular sister of Racetrac and I am not sure if they are from the same…read morecompany or not... but I was here to fill up gas for my dad's car and one thing that is always consistent about this Raceway is that... gas prices are SO CHEAP! I've always filled up gas here or QT whenever I'm on Lawrenceville-Suwanee and it always just seems to have the best gas on. The gas station does seem a little bootleg but don't just a gas station by its appearance because you only need very minimal things for gas. I think I've been in the gas station maybe a few times but I didn't really need much except gas. I will say... it is not open 24 hours like Racetrac so don't come here at 3AM expecting it to be open!
