OR they are using a cheap grade cleaner and it just happens to smell like dog diarrhea. It's a strange smell, although hungry, I couldn't bring myself to eat anything fresh, went for a Snicker's Almond bar instead. Fuel for cars and trucks. It's a general store with a full service restaurant and typical amenities for truckers. Gifts, all kinds of crazy lighters and children's toys right next to the counter so that they can get your kids to annoy you with requests to buy.
